Called to inquire about paint. The woman who answered said she was new and could not answer my questions. I asked if there was anyone else who could help. She said no - there was one other person there but she was just as new as her.Unfortunately, I need the paint today and had to go to another Sherwin Williams that had more experienced employees. It's a bad decision to leave brand new employees by themselves because they cannot help your customers.What's worse, is getting one of these brand new employees that makes a costly mistake because they have no supervision. Paint is not cheap. There should be a more experienced person or a manager on staff over-seeing their work until they can answer basic questions about YOUR products. Otherwise, what is the point of going to a paint store that SPECIALIZES in PAINT?!?

Excellent employees and a very professional environment. Most importantly, the store has excellent management. Thomas took the time to sort through a minor hiccup (he went above and beyond) and made things right. This store will always have my business. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Sherwin Williams paint and getting it directly from the source. Whether you want a SW color or a color match, they can do it and do it well. Not mention, the staff are incredibly accommodating and patient. Both of my homes are done in SW paint and look amazing, even years later.

I love shopping for paint and paint accessories in this store. The staff is always very welcoming and knowledgeable. If there is an advertised sale going on and you forget to bring your coupon they will still give you the discount. I think their paint is high quality and even though more expensive than the paint sold at stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s it is worth the extra money
