You can tell they are genuine and sincere in all their service and communications and this does very very much so matter and make a big difference in my experience.
Next I want to comment to the fact that the grounds are so pretty and incredibly clean! Seriously…. They take specific care in their lands asking and there is almost no dust like at all anywhere! Which means no dust in your unit, thats kinda unheard of!
Last I have to mention the pricing, which is so incredibly fair and maybe even the cheapest in town, it took me by surprise. Budget is not a big chain, they don’t use predatory practices or price gouge like most storage facilities. They seem to just be real people doing real good business and I really really find that unique and refreshing!

It's hard to find an opening but once your in then your family”

“Over the past decade, I've had several storage units with this company, the longest running of which was an indoor space 12' x 30'. In there I kept a, expensive boat and boat-related items. My experiences with this company have all been very positive since Chris became the manager. First off, the place does feel very secure. Whether I was storing a trailer of large boat outside, or in, I never felt concerned about theft or vandalism. Their security systems are excellent, and inspire confidence. Just as important is their customer service. Chris is always cheerful, upbeat, and goes the extra mile to make us feel valued as customers. I'll never even look at another storage option in Chico. All Secure Storage has earned my admiration and loyalty. Well-done!”
