Their customer service phone lines and website are a nightmare. I actually ended up cancelling my credit card to avoid getting charged (they took my card info down when I made the appt) after calling more than ten times over several days to try to cancel my appointment in time. (I had found a local service that could come sooner and was less than half the price so I went with that service.) The phone tree navigation that I was following to try to cancel my appointment would just dead end repeatedly to some promotion for a medical alert device even though I had answered that I was not interested in the step before. Then it would hang up on me and I still wouldn’t have the appointment cancelled. The texts with links they sent me had no way to cancel the appointment even though the texts specifically said to click the link to reschedule or cancel. I finally got ahold of an actual person the day of the deadline to cancel the appointment without having to pay (no idea why calling that number in the days before didn’t produce that result???). The customer service agent confirmed that the appt was cancelled. Lo and behold…I continued getting those same texts about my appt as if it hadn’t been cancelled (but I just trusted that my credit card was cancelled so there was no way for them to charge me), and on the day of the cancelled appt, I got a call from the service provider on their way to me. It was a bummer having to apologize and say that I had cancelled the appointment days ago. Their system seems extremely disorganized and borderline scammy. What a waste of time and energy. I do not recommend.

He was very informative. Let us know what was going on and and we had 4 other companies out to take of our new washer. He was the first one to tell us it's not the washer, but the pipe in the wall. Thank you and now we can move forward.

Sears is not at this location. Not a local business. This is a fake listing to route you to a national phone lead service. Recommend calling one of the other local service companies. No physical location in Chico.

Lawson was very professional and actually was earlier than the expected appointment time given! He also was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient with the repair to my refrigerator. I highly recommend him from Choice Home Warranty.
