Not very inviting. Staff was gossiping about customers, which I felt to be very unprofessional.

Great thrift store- surprisingly organized and laden with great finds. It seems they have a good selection of nicer clothing and even some new items. One of my favorite thrift stores in Chico!

Really clean and well run store, amazing deals here. I picked up a really nice real leather jacket for only $22. I know they have daily specials so it’s good to call them and find out what they are if you are looking for anything particular.

I remember years ago this store used to be really cool, everything was affordable and there was even a dressing room and restroom available to customers. Since the renovation they have raised the prices so high it's crazy- while also taking away the restroom and changing room. So basically you can't try anything on, but you are also not allowed to return or exchange anything, so if you spend a ton of money on something and it doesnt work out, you're just out of luck. I miss when it was actually a thrift store, now it's just a stuck-up botique.

CRAZY high prices. $150 for an old letterman jacket-not even a professional sports team. Thrift stores are forgetting they get this stuff for free and still barely pay their employees well while few get rich. It's wack.

Went to donate a bunch of items yesterday, younger gentleman in the back was rude. Would not take a lot of the items we had. Told us we’d have to go all the way to the Chico airport to donate. We’ve dealt with this same dark haired guy twice and he’s always been snappish and rude. Would not recommend donating there. Don’t want to deal with him again. The older, gray haired gentleman that helps him is very nice, no issues with him. The store is also overpriced… it’s a thrift store, why would someone spend $20+ on a used pair of jeans when you can go to a department store and spend the same for a brand new pair. It is for a good cause, but you guys are losing sales due to pricing.

There are two locations one is at 99 Park Ave. Just want to remind those shopping, they are used clothing, some in really good shape. Just keeping in mind that these cloths may come in clean from the owners. Except there is an issue we all must keep in mind, the handling of the cloths who has tried them on (there is a homeless camp across the street). Scabies are unseen and can attach themselves to the clothing and spread quickly. If your hands start to itch after handling the used clothing it is recommended to wash your hands immediately, be sure your not holding the cloths close to you also. Keep them in the bag until you reach home and wash in hot water immediately. Scabies are very hard to get rid of and costly. If you start itching after purchasing these cloths get checked for scabies which there is no guarantee you won't catch them, you've heard about purchasing used furniture clothing is probably the worst. Just be cautious! 99 Park ave the Salvation Army!
