I stopped by this thrift store to purchase a new bag while traveling, carrying expensive personal gear with me. Shockingly, I was told I had to leave my belongings at the front of the store—like a suspected shoplifter. Meanwhile, people were literally camped outside the storefront, and the entryway smelled of urine. The contrast was jarring and frankly insulting.
This kind of policy is discriminatory and dehumanizing, especially toward disabled persons, unhoused individuals, or travelers who carry their possessions. I was refused service as a disabled combat veteran. This is not a high-end boutique—it's a community thrift store—and yet I was treated with suspicion and disrespectful language simply for having my own gear with me which I needed a replacement for. Given the rampant issues with theft within these organizations and the obvious lack of respect for customers as well as the lack of accountability in businesses like this, I had zero trust in their ability (or willingness) to keep my belongings safe.
The customer service here was not only unwelcoming—it was offensive and dehumanizing. This is not inclusive or helpful. Do better.

I can only speak from my experience ;
This place emphasizes quality of quantity.
It has more GOOD condition oddities and antiques than random, cheap, disposables.
Open late; friendly staff; and a Great selection of used appliances and home decor.
I found something I could not find anywhere else for the last 4 years anywhere else!

My wife went in wanting to buy small dresser for our son. She found one and was wanting to purchase it so she went to find an associate. My wife suffers from some physical issues and sometimes doesn’t know she has to pee until it’s like bladder bursting. Which so happened to be right there in store. She told the associate she wanted the dresser and asked if she could use the store restroom first. The associate, a large female in her 20’s scoffed and told her “we don’t have one” . My wife is in obvious bladder distress and pain and asked again but the employee disregarded her with a shoulder shrug. My wife had to walk down the road and find a restroom which was horribly painful but she figured it out. She came back to get the dresser, the same employee was laughing and joking with a customer about how “I can’t do that for you, I’ll get fired” and they both laughed. She realized my wife was standing there. Again she requested the dresser, and the employee asked her if she had someone to help her load it. She said no I don’t need that and the employee said “well I can’t let you have it” she asked the employee would help her and she scoffed and said “nope, I don’t wanna get hurt” so my wife left. Pretty irritating to say the least, and I think a little more customer service training is needed here.

Their prices can be really wild sometimes but you can find some really cool high fashion/ vintage items here for an amazing price. Also amazing crystal decanters and glass sets. This is where you go for the steals on the fancy stuff.

They're really helping right now, in taking donations for those who have been affected by the Park Fire. It's easy to drop off your donations at their warehouse located at 13404 Browns Valley Drive in Chico, CA. They have bins ready out front. You don't have to go through anyone. Just fill up the bins and be on your way!

It's the cleanest nicest thrift store I've seen. It's organized, neat and tidy. Light with wide isles. Clothing is well sorted and hung up.

Not very inviting. Staff was gossiping about customers, which I felt to be very unprofessional.

I used to shop here a lot in college. Came in for the first time in years because I see good quality couches in the front window and I'm redecorating, but I honestly would be able to find something brand new for the prices they're charging. Everything was astronomical in price. Clothes, furniture, and other hard goods were priced far beyond their value. $375 for an antique dresser with the inside of the drawers completely broken. Upwards of $45 on jackets. Managed to find one item I'd be willing to purchase and the staff were extremely rude at check out. Not really sure what happened here.

Great thrift store- surprisingly organized and laden with great finds. It seems they have a good selection of nicer clothing and even some new items. One of my favorite thrift stores in Chico!

Really clean and well run store, amazing deals here. I picked up a really nice real leather jacket for only $22. I know they have daily specials so it’s good to call them and find out what they are if you are looking for anything particular.
