While I am generally a fan of Ross stores, this is one to avoid. I have never been to a Ross with such a small selection. So many shelves are empty, and many of the shelves that do have goods are cluttered and unorganized. I have had a mix of interactions with employees; some being helpful and some not so much. And while I do understand the need in today's world for security, don't call it "self check-out" if I have to stand an wait for someone to go through my stuff to see if everything in the bag is on the receipt.

Always enjoy just looking but generally speaking they also always have something I forgot I needed in stock. They also have a senior discount day ( which is usually just no sales tax).

The Ross store has very poor customer service both cashier clerks had very bad attitudes. One cashier clerk asked my sister why she was asking my niece 5-year-old niece for a bag for her earrings. I do not see why it was any of the cashiers clerk's business why my niece wanted a bag or not. But my sister has to get the earrings the cashier collector was very rude and saying she cannot get them because they were the only ones there which was us lie cuz two more employees came out. The cashier clerk simply do not want to do her the job she was being paid to do. If she doesn't want to do her job that she's being paid to do she does not need to work there I recommend e ross fired them.

The selection of items is fine but the extreme anti-theft policies leave me feeling like I’m shopping in a prison. Worst retail environment I’ve ever experienced.
