Nobody answers the phone and there is no option to leave a message, I have a simple question.
After 3X of not getting an answer, I called the pharmacy. She answered but put me on hold, then said she would transfer me to someone else but.. I'm still on hold as I write this.
Just disconnect your phone, Rite-Aid, tell the public that you can't be bothered to answer their telephone calls.
UPDATE: I actually got an answer after many more tries, that's worth one more star.

Great place to get that over the counter vitamin you forgot to grab at walmart! At least the stuff isn’t behind bars lol Thanks guys for keeping everything in stock !

The pharmacist is never there so you can never pick up a prescription. It’s beyond frustrating.

This is the last time I ever get a prescription sent here. This is the SECOND time I’ve driven to Chico from Durham to get my meds in three days and they’ve not been able to fill my script. If your hours say you’re open then you need to be able to fill my meds. I have called multiple times and they don’t even pick up the phone.
Seems like this place is going out of business anyways as the store is always dirty, half empty, garbage all over the front and poorly staffed.
Do yourself a favor and just use a local pharmacist like Bidwell and not this corporate trash hole.

In a perfect world a pharmacy should be squeaky clean, if only for the Germophobia crowds not to fret, but this place seems resigned to a path of substandard maintenance. This lady I know, and value, gets her medication from this location (not that the other location fares better with more stars ), and since waiting times can stretch out her going to the restroom always shakes her composure just a little bit. I know people working here are polite and nice, but lacking the skills to pay the bill on the cleaning duties. So to make a long story even longer: mop mop the floor with plenty of pine soil, particularly bathrooms !I just made that song . Happy Holidays!

Rite Aid on Mangrove is friendly with good customer service. I always find what I need and want when i visit this store.

Dirty bathrooms in a pharmacy just do not match. Picking up medicine took a while, apparently Pharmacist takes a lunch break in our case. Sad to see the homeless population in this particular area. 2 Stars.

THIS PLACE IS HORRRIBLE , I ASKED FOR HELP AND WAS BLATANTLY IGNORED SO I ASKED THE FEONT COUNTER TO UNLOCK SOMETHING FOR ME AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE BEAUTY PRODUCT. E.L.F WAS, AND LEFT ME WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES IN THE MAKEUP ISLE, I FINALLY HAD TO GRAB SOMETHING. CHEAP THAT WAS NOT LOCKED UP BECAUSE THEY IGNORED ME , DONT SHOP HERE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH IF U HAVE TATOOS OR PEIRCINGS I HAVE MONEY AND A JOB I PAY FOR EVERYTHING NEVER HAVE STOLE MY BOYFRIEND HAS TATOOS EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS RUDE FROM THE PHARMACY TO THE MANAGER TO THE CHECKUP PERSON I WAS APALLED I WISH I WOULD HAVE RECORDED IT BUTY PHONE WAS IN CAR, PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE AND PASS ON THE WORD I DONT NORMALLY DO THIS. BUT I WAS SO HURT AND I DIDNT WANT TO MAKE A SCENE BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY WANTED DONT. Hours frequently change so it can be difficult to accurately get prescription picked up. Posting the hours they have as of April 2023 for anyone else who is frustrated not knowing how late the pharmacy is open. Beware sometimes they lock up 5-10 min early.

Absolutely the worst Rite Aid that has ever existed! I completely understand when you are short staffed things get hard and you do have to rearrange schedules and times of operation. I had ordered a very important prescription almost 4 weeks ago. Have not heard anything, I eventually had to call my doctor for the nurse to call the pharmacy for her to re-order my prescriptions and still have not received the one I really need. We are going on five weeks. Had a doctor prescribe the medication a week ago still nothing been trying to call no one ever answered. Tried to call the main store still no answer what is wrong with the store it is time for corporate to get involved. If you guys can't handle the business, maybe it's time to shut it down. Peoples lives are at stake and it could be a lot worse than just something for migraines.

Pharmacies ain't what they used to be, nor is this Rite Aid. What is it with a pharmacy that has no concern for client confidentiality or HIPAA Fed and State mandates? Their inside service window is broken (I can't describe what it is or how it's damaged, but this amounts to having to shout my name, medications for pick-up, and birthdate for everyone in the vicinity to hear. It then amounts to back and forth from a broken window to a window for payment and pick-up). This will not be fixed for months - if at all. This caps a horrible pharm tech who refuses/refused to help people when she didn't feel like it. She'll leave you feeling insane because she's rude with a friendly smile and quiet, passive agressive demeanor. I was told that I was irresponsible for not knowing the whereabouts of my primary provider, who works in three different sites, and because of this, she'd make no efforts to request my refill. How is this legal or ethical? It's not. I was told, after stating that I've gone into dark clinical depression/suicidality in the past without this med, that I was "threatening" and thus I was blasted and treated horribly. Outrageous. When I finally spoke with a supervisor personally, he scoffed at me for asking for the Pharmacist who's a friend and always cordial. "He's not a supervisor." Arrogant. He gave me a short-term refill and informed me I'd still be in trouble. Well I am. I've had to ration a dose that my primary provider had approved more than enough of. And I can't find a decent pharmacy to refill my life sustaining medication without anger, blame, arrogance, and violating my privacy. This place used to be that for me; it's instead causing a possible need for stronger meds.

It's Rite Aid. This store seems to have everything you need! One thing to be alerted to ? is beware the time(s) you go. Tends to be infinitely busy at the witching hour of 5pm, clear thru 8pm.This store also offers pharmacy delivery for completely gratis!
