I had such a great experience here! Jessica at R&R was a great help when getting my first car. I was a little nervous due to some circumstances but she was able to help me out! I'm giving this 5 star rating because of the service I received with Laura. She was a down-to-earth and easy to talk to sales person, and that's hard to find these days. I like that she was real with me and helped me in the ways that she could, because my situation didn't offer me much options. She put me at ease and made me feel confident in my purchase, and I enjoyed the rapport during the process of the purchase of my lovely new-to-me car! I highly recommend purchasing with Laura!

Laura is an awesome sales lady. She was flexible and understood that we'r needed something to comfortably fit ot budget and growing family. Very nice employees and no pressure. The vehicles are much nicer than your standard used car lot in Chico! I was really suprised that I didn't get any high pressure sells pushed on me. It was just an easy, upfront car shopping experience.

Victor is the best!! He helped me and my husband find our perfect car. He even played movies for our 3 year old on the computer after he started getting ressless. All around best experience ever! Will definitely be getting my next car from R&R and Victor.
