I'm shocked at what happened today with my friend. We both went in together, me for a fill and her for a fill and pedi. She has been going there for 8 plus years -under the old ownership and now the new ownership. When she went to pay her bill it was 21.00 over the post price, I asked what the cost was I told 85.00, 40.00 for a fill 45.00 for the pedi. When I asked why is the bill 21.00 over that price? We added in the tip for you already. I said NO, You need to void this transaction; no just sign we only charge you 85.00. NO get the owner over here. I couldn't believe it. My friend was a loyal customer and always tipped Good, I mean good. But for this worker to just add his own tip in, was unthinkable. Now we believe he has been doing this to her for years, tell her two weeks ago the price was higher because they threw in some kind of stone in the pedi water, really. I will never go back to this place and I encourage each of you to review and question your amount.

I went for a fill and gel polish, and asked for my nails to be trimmed short, they are all completely different lengths when I questioned it I got told " $40" I told them that's fine I just want me nails all the same length, the man got up who was doing my nails, answered the phone helped other customers, came back and forth, took almost 2 hours for uneven nails a waste of $40 now I have to pay another salon to fix what they messed up, nothing like they use to be so sad I have been a customer for years

Went in for a basic manicure and the gal didn't clean my nails, soak them, give me a message or even put on finishing oil. Done in 10mins. I had to ask for the oil. Staff is rude and doesn't care about keeping clients long term. That was 10 days ago, now I have an infection on one nail bed. Save yourself and go anywhere besides here.

Got my nails done for my bday weekend at this place for the first time, classic white both mani and pedi gel, you can't mess that up it's a plain color. I feel like the guy could of done a better job, its monday and my nails have some type of hazy brown film on them, that should NOT be happening. He seemed like he was in a hurry even though there were only 3 ppl in there, it was a saturday morning. This is what bothers me, for $80 bucks including tip, why do i feel like you want to be done with me and push me out. I'm a customer that came to pamper mysef not to be rushed. I will not be coming back. I am still trying to find a nail place that I can feel relaxed, so far in chico I have not found it. Please send me a msg if you have any recommendations.

Some reviews mentioned long waits and they were right. On a summer afternoon there were only 2 employees. I'd made an appointment, but didn't get in the chair until 30 min after. That said, it was a great pedicure- nails looked perfect and in less time than most other places. I think I'll give it another shot.

After reading the good reviews on this place, I decided to give them a try for my pedicure and my pink and white fill. I am AMAZED at the quality of work Lee provided!! Even though he did a fill on a set I had gotten at another salon, he fixed them and made them better! And my pedicure.........was perfect. Highly recommend this salon for hands or feet lol!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Unsanitary tools!!!If I could give this salon a 0 star review, I would in a heart beat! My moms friend went there for a pedicure two weeks before my mom did about three months ago. Eventually, my moms friend felt like she had an ingrown toe nail. A couple weeks later, my mom felt the same way, she chipped at the nail polish and found her big toe nail BLACK! Turns out her friend experienced the same thing!! They both got a fungus infection in their big toe. My moms other toe felt weird and she fortunately caught that one early and is now treating it, but her other toe nail is completely dead and chipping away from this infection she caught at the salon!If you decide to go there, be sure to DEMAND they clean their tools AND hands before touching you! What happened to my mom and her friend is absolutely horrible and should never happen to anyone getting a pedicure! We pay them good money to take care of us and for them to not clean their tools correctly, if not at all, is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!Service: Pedicure

The worst customer service. The staff is so rude. I made reservations twice via phone for waxing services and the first they made me wait 30 minutes and the second time when it was my turn, they let someone else go before me. When corrected, the worker acted surprised for the service I requested! I reserved by the phone! How rude! If I can post 0 stars, I would!Service: Waxing

I love my nails! They were friendly, attentive, and efficient. I appreciate that they are open until 7pm so I am able to go after work.
