Great store, Awesome Staff!!!I am a Vendor for several products and I work this store occasionally as well as stop in for snacks and beverages. The store is always clean and the Staff is incredibly welcoming and always a pleasure to interact with. I thoroughly enjoy every visit to this location.....

It's always so nice and cool in the store. So you k ow the beer is going to be as cold as it can be!! And it always is.. good place to fill up your cooler with ice and frosty drinks!

About 20 minutes ago I left this gas station because I was being accused of stealing things I had every intention on paying for. The reason? Because I was using my own shopping bag! The guy (I didn't get his name) said that they have been experiencing a lot of theft lately and that is why he responded that way. Understandable, but the moment I went to checkout (at his register) he should have responded with an apology. I didn't get that. All I got was "next time please use one of our baskets". There will be no "next time".

The location and selection of items is decent, but I had to stop going there due to the employees. It feels like an entire store that has never had any experience with customer service (except Ryan, he seems like the only quality employee). Most of the time the employees will just be standing around while there is a line of people. I live across the street and I go out of my way to go anywhere else.

Who ever owns the power Mart on Lassen needs to get ahold of me or put there rules in the building bc it fills like the mangers r making up there own rules three days in a row I bought beer from there with a picture of my ID on my phone then on the 4th day the Manger wants to tell me it's against store Policies like u can look on your cameras I used my a picture of my ID on my phone

In a wheelchair, raining, I pushed myself to powermart for a tea. Only to find Spencer had locked the doors 10 minutes before the posted closing time! And refused to allow me entry while the store had only 1 customer inside. Ashley, somebody needs to set Rose straight on this one!
