We didn’t have a great experience here. There’s a level of dysfunction that permeates the center. The teaching and aid staff, although mostly kind, seem poorly trained and inexperienced. The website boasts “homecooked meals,” and the reality couldnt be further from the truth. The first day they were heating frozen taquitos from a box. Junky processed stuff. My 1-year-old had several injuries while there, and while we expect some bumps and bruises, many felt preventable. One time my daughter had a 6-inch bruise down her spine and no one had notified me about a fall onto concrete. Another time she got ahold of a plastic bag and had it in her mouth chewing on it. Really avoidable stuff. The more I talked to other Moms, the more similar stories I heard. Our kid was miserable there and we were always worried. We pulled her and found a new place and have had zero issues or injuries since.

My daughter went to this school and we had a wonderful experience there. It was well run and had an excellent staff. The kids exercise every day, do arts & crafts, math etc., and walk to the Nature Center (practically across the street). They’ll bring in special guests, like a goat or a pig. The only thing I’d mention is that they’re a little expensive, but you get what you pay for!I honestly have no idea why anyone would rate it less than 5 stars, unless they have a grudge? I highly recommend this place.

Friendly, caring staff. I enjoy that there is a wonderful mix of learning and playing. My child has learned quite a lot at this preschool. He comes home singing new songs and I love seeing the artwork and crafts that he makes. I like that he gets a lot of outdoor time as well. I feel that all of his needs are met here.

Parkside has a wonderful Pre-K program. We have been there about a year now and my daughter loves it. She is very independent and their program allows for her to make choices and have some control of her day while still having structure. We came from a school where she dreaded going - so this was huge and welcome change. I feel good about dropping her off everyday knowing that she is happy and engaged.

The staff is amazing the office personal you can't find better. THE kids learn alot they are never bored if heard nothing but great things about Parkside preschool and day care

Been using this company for daycare for over 2 years. Excellent experience. I love the amount of outdoor time the kiddos get, and walks in Bidwell Park.
