Terrible customer service, go elsewhere if you can. They will gladly overcharge for stuff you don't need and then screen phone calls.

Gary met with me after Owens had closed even, to patiently talk me thru how to use my baby's new healthcare equipment. He answered every question with detail that I had and made me feel calm during a moment of panic. Gary was so gracious and good to me and I truly appreciated him.
