I was helped immediately upon entering the store. The woman (Barbara I believe) helped me find the proper wiper blades right away. Then, I was a little hesitant to put them on myself as it was pouring rain and Im a bit inexperienced in replacing them myself so I asked if anyone could help, and Dave (the older gentleman with glasses) was more than willing to go out in the pouring rain and install them for me. Fantastic service all around. Very happy with my visit.

It was a slow Sunday morning, I changed the brake light bulb and Jacob came outside to give me a brake light check, it still did not work!But Jaco took a look at it and the previous bulb and left a price blocking the contact… I never would have noticed that on my own…. Thank you O’Rielly Auto Parts, on the Skyway, Chico CA.

Frankly I was expecting more cooperation from reviews I had seen. Yes I admit to have very little knowledge on the subject of auto shades, to keep the heat coming from the windshield deteriorate the leather from the constant hot sun. I kind of expected an enthusiastic dialogue to determine the best option. Not to be. Simply put the level of assistance, on an empty store, was minimal. I guess Amazon would have been a much better place to spend the money for two vehicles. I had to go back to my car in the already hot temperature, around 10:30 AM, and read the reviews of the few choices. So I sold myself, not thrilled with the results. Attitude was not encouraging. Will not be returning the products as my inquiry if I could, the answer was “as long as it’s intact” or something to that effect. Too laid back, and indifference does not good help delivers. So, keeping what I purchased, half fit, half baloney. Too cool for customers like me. 2 Stars.

What gets me the most is that the salesperson hands me a Jumbo sunshade like he knew exactly what he was doing, and when I questioned that in a friendly way, he acted all mighty/superior, but he was dead wrong. I wish I could sell him something that does not work see how he would like it. So I got taken for a bad ride while having to keep the jumbo sunshade sold. 1 Star.

Horrible service when you call and talk on the phone if they don’t feel like helping you they just hang up it’s happened to me multiple times, and none of the employees are willing to help
