A great find.I can't believe they have only 2 stores: their promotional presentation is as good as any major chain, the selection is excellent and their people were a cut above. Major kudos to this family-owned operation!

I try to get most items at other stores bc this one is a bit overpriced but New Earth Market does keep some of my favorite staple items so I continue to shop there. Plus, they also do deals on the pharmacy items somedays which is super helpful. Love their bath, & body items. Not many other stores have organic body product options. I recommend this store for sure but go in with a cash limit standard set, or else...

We used to always get sandwiches here but we won’t anymore because it’s almost $30 for two and they are so so stingy. My mushroom sandwich that only has mushrooms spinach and onion has almost nothing on it. It’s like $13! I shared with my son and he agreed it’s not the same. So so sad. What a rip

Nice, clean and well stocked. Is this a replacement for Trader Joe's which seemed to disappear? Clerks were helpful and friendly.

Their sandwiches are by far the stupidest thing I've spent money on in the last decade. Stale sliced bread, tiny piece of lettuce, razor thin tomato. Probably cost them 40 cents for something they charge 11 bucks. Sadly, the rest of the store isn't much different, and a lot of the exact same items can be had at other stores for less than half the price.

A fun local place to shop for organic produce and yummy food. They have a cozy cafe too. It is a great place to eat.

I have had at least five occasions where the register person has over charged me, and I had to go back to get a refund. This a big inconvenience and the staff is not apologetic. When I made a comment that they should have been better about this, their comment is that I could have caught their mistake when checking out. This defense is called deflection of the problem (it is you, not me). I let the know that there are people waiting to checkout and it is not my responsibility to assure they are doing their job correctly. What they should be doing is saying sorry and that they are going to talk to the person that makes the error. On top of that they should offer a gift card for the inconvenience, like Safeway does. Another downside is that the staff is not friendly and never say hello when shopping. They are too busy discussing themselves with other staff.

It's a really nice store. Nice staff, nice product, and nice ideology as a company.I had a quesadilla at their Mexican food stand in the store. It was honestly one of the worst things I've ever tasted. I'm talking a wet tortilla with a full block of cheddar cheese microwave melted in the middle of it. Taco Bell honestly puts it to shame.

Whole family loves this market. The sushi is amazing. They have amazing fresh produce. We are eager to try the deli and the lunch bar but every time we go we can't help but get the sushi lol. I really like the selection of raw goods and ground herbs by the bulk. The self care section has an amazing collection of stuff you can look through. You name the problem they got a solution. I could easily spend $500 in self care and leave a very happy customer. As a mother on a budget I really appreciate the Sunday discounts. Yes so much more they offer like a coffee bar and beers on tap. They have a machine that makes fresh orange juice. This is my go to natural foods store in chico. The other places are nice but for the sheer options of good and the quality this is the place to go for sure. You guys are awesome ?. Keep up the good work.

The often close the cafe at lunch time but at random times so I come down here to get a smoothie for lunch and I don’t know whether or not someone will be here. Small gripe.Big gripe. The person took my order and didn’t make my smoothie. Instead the flirted with a guy who works here for a while and then made his drink instead and then still didn’t make my drink. Made yet another persons. The other employee behind the counter eventually got around to making it. Expect some unprofessional children working this place in general.

I have done special orders of fish from Hawaii for years and the prices and quality are always amazing. Also the customer service has gone beyond to take care of me. Thank you for the Opah wow!

New Earth market has a great selection of groceries and it's also my favorite lunch spot in Chico. The sandwiches are delicious and all of the deli options are yummy too. The coffees, teas and smoothies make our whole family happy and we love the Hope cookie! I've also enjoyed breakfast there and the beautiful and fresh salad bar. The staff are so friendly and professional and willing to help guide you on groceries, produce, vitamins and more. We enjoy sitting outside and the indoor area is great too. I like checking out the featured local artists in the dining area and appreciate the filtered water.
