One of the nicest places to visit, they have some really cool Classic Bikes on display. I like NAPA Auto Parts much better than the other chains, and the people here at Riebes Auto Parts are knowledgeable, friendly, and they get the job done.

Extremely poor customer service and won't honor their own prices. Went in to buy some grease and the tag said $18.89. Took it to the counter to pay and was told it was over $23 (after tax). I kindly said the price on the tag and was told the prices are going up so fast we don't have time to change the shelf tags. I grabbed the smaller tube of the same grease and it was $9.49 on the shelf and rang up $12.99 + tax. Understanding the level of service I wasn't getting I didn't push for the posted price despite nearly all other retailers honoring those types of errors.

Over them lately I call everyday put me on hold for 5 mins or more never send me the right parts. Never called me back on parts I was looking for. If it wasn't for Tonya my business would go elsewhere.
