Maybe it's due to their bare-bones industrial look, that I always assumed these guys had competitive prices. But just recently noticed that I had paid nearly 20 cents more per gal. than just up the street, AND they nicked me another $1.55, just for paying with my ATM card! So assume nothin', comparison shop!
