My experience with Mobility Works has been nothing short of amazing. After looking at all our options and everything Mobility works had to offer, We decided we did not want to purchase a used van so instead, we found a dealership that was offering new cars with low financing... We then went to mobility works in Chico and got a bid for the cost of the van conversion, which we then took to the dealership and they financed the vehicle, and the conversion for the same interest rate. The car was shipped back east where Braun did the conversion and sent it back to us completed in about 7 weeks. The people at the Chico Mobility Works have been absolutely great... They keep in touch with us regarding service and maintenance and do any repairs that the dealership can't do because the car has been "modified". I highly recommend that you visit a local dealership and see how they can help you get the car you want and then see if they will roll Brauns conversion Bid into your auto loan... It's the only way to go IMHO.

They were more than helpful and eager to sell a van, and say they would buy back after no longer needed -- however when unexpectedly soon the vehicle was no longer needed (father passed away) - they DO NOT want to purchase back and do nothing to help you- only keep stringing you along to call back 2 to 3 months later and ARE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL - during this stressful and grieving time -- DO NOT TRUST THEM -- THEY LIE, LIE, LIE!! STAY AWAY!!

They were so eager to sell vehicle and make sure we would bring back van when no longer needed, cause they wanted to buy back the vehicle-- NOT TRUE!! THEY LIE -- only had vehicle 1 month and had unexpected death of loved one - so no longer needed van and they WILL NOT HELP AT ALL!! They totally lie and take advantage of you - seem nice to you but DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Find another honest and reputable dealer - BEWARE: STAY AWAY!!

Extremely satisfied with this dealership! Toby King, Service Manager, went far and beyond to solve our electrical problems. He worked with us closely to not only solve this complicated issue but to stay within our budget. Also Casey the technician, who after many hours was able to fix the problem. Hardcore sales pressure and way over priced. They tried to charge us way over the blue book for the O7 Chrysler minivan with high mileage, First they charge you waaay over the blue book for an old vehicle and then they charge you 30k for the used conversion that has already been installed. A 07 Chrysler with over a hundred thousand miles and they were at a firm 50k. No way. I bought a new vehicle and added a hoist for less. Buyer beware.

Was there today to have my Bruno lift mounted in my new truck. I was told it would be a 3 hour job. Over 6 hrs later the lift was in but they did not put the wheel chocks in. Gave the wheel chucks to me in a box. 6 hrs and not a complete job!!!! Oh hell no!!!

Awesome! Searched for non-emergency medical transport for my father for weeks. I called Mobility Works, rented an awesome wheelchair van and took my father to the doctor myself.... Incredibly nice people! Can't say enough good things about them!
