“I brought my 13 inch iPad Pro to All N 1 Cellular to have a new charging port put in it. It wouldn’t take a charge, and it was completely out of battery. It took two days to get the part and he put it in PERFECTLY in another day. I happen to know that replacing that is a delicate procedure because I watched a couple of videos on how to do it. I knew that I certainly wasn’t going to try to take the screen off of my iPad. You need special equipment and to have at least seen it done. His work was exceptional, and he managed to save the screen protector! Can’t say enough good things.”

We went to the Chico store and meet Daniel, this guy knew his stuff and jumped through all the hoops to get it corrected quickly and he also did it with a smile. We walked out very happy. He earned my business and we will return.”
“8-30-24 I needed a battery replacement for my IPhone ll and David was on spot and replaced it in less then 45 minutes for only $80! He was very informative, pleasant, easy to talk with and I felt trustworthy. David and Ben’s prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and their store (David and Ben are co-owners of iRepair) easily beat the local competition.
I checked out various Facebook local Chico groups and iRepair came up time and time again, recommended by customers having had various repairs completed.”

“I left home today to get home internet service and equipment. I visited three other providers in the mall to get this done including the carrier I have phone service with already. The prices are not as advertised and they just treated me like I was some Foreigner with no money and didn't deserve home internet so, I I walk into T-Mobile and Brian helped me gave me exactly what I wanted and needed beginning with exceptional service inside the store! “I had another great Target Drive-Up experience today. If there was anything good that came out of covid, it's Target Drive-Up! It seems like the employees at the Chico location are friendlier than the locations I used to frequent when I lived in the Sacramento area. In general, my orders are ready for pickup more quickly than originally estimated. On the flip side, I've had more frequent instances of items being out of stock after placing an order. Sadly, I would guess it's due to in-store theft which throws off inventory counts. That aside, I'm a loyal Target customer who appreciates the app + Drive-Up. Shopping for the essentials - and the occasional splurge - couldn't be easier!”

“I wanted to update my review after realizing my experience was a reflection of a moment not the store. I went back yesterday to return the water filter. The employee who helped me was extremely polite and friendly. The cashier at the checkout was friendly. I needed my tires rotated and the guys at the automotive center took the time to find my records from a different store and balanced and rotated my tires. The men in that department were all friendly. I am glad I went back and had a much better experience!”
