Theres never an upgrade, a phone, or anything that can be purchased there. Everything for an A52 5g upgrade has been out of stock for as long as ive had this trash phone. Theres a plethera of samsung phones and you will never find them here. ? cool workers though

Went to metro to buy a new phone because mine was so hacked, Julie helped me and cleaned up my phone, helped me decide which route to go. I'm so happy, she was the best!! Not only did she help me, she saved me lots of money!! Thank you Julie so very much!!

Kimberly was very helpful. I wanted to reset the high security password and 8 digit pin. She successfully got that done. I went to other metro stores and they didn’t help us. Kimberly quickly understood what we wanted and got it done quick.

Rude staff. Always close early. Never answer phone. And they have cheap phones because that's what they are...CHEAP. It took me 2 months to get a phone I made insurance claim on. And it didn't even work! Awful. Staff NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Changed providers. JUST NO. NO.

Needed to get my daughter a new phone, and Diane at Metro was the kindness young lady ever. She made it so easy. We will definitely be going back!! This was our 2nd time visiting this store, Thank you

This was my worst metro experience ever this store had 1 employee and 1 other customer besides me they were already helping buy a phone but after waiting 50 minutes just to pay my bill wotch didn't get done i left no sorry about the wait or a are you here to just pay a bill nothing. It should not take 50 minutes to pay a bill in cash in a almost empty store flat out bad customer service at this store just going to go to the other store

I went in there to add on the mobile hotspot feature onto my phone and the young man with blonde/brown hair that worked there on February 25, 2019 at around 10:45 am spoke to me with no respect. He looked up my plan and told me I already have 5 GB of hotspot. I told him that I was sure that the lady who I talked to before said that is a feature I would have to add. But he still said I already had it. And of course, I tried it after I left and a screen pops up saying that I need to go back in to add the feature. This kid did not know what he was doing and did not even try to be a positive worker. I have had better experience here before

I had a different carrier for 6 years. I switched to this company and instantly regretted it. The staff at this location aren't friendly and don't offer solutions but have a rather you get what you get type of attitude. I wouldn't recommend going here unless it's your last choice or you can't afford a better carrier.

Metro is Great People selling a Great phone for way less than the other Not so Great carriers! You will definitely notice the difference when your bill comes in the mail.
