Spoke to the employes to get an upgrade for phone that charging port no longer work. asked for a phone that had wireless charging which turn out to be false information with the phone that I purchased also that transfers(information phone to phone) was incomplete. spoke to another employe the following day and the new employee mentioned no returns. also, I could not find any documentation supporting their policy of al sales are final. I was not informed of this verbally. BEAWERE

Two new guys in here and they were really great. Very friendly. They set me up with home internet. Set up the modem so all I had to do was plug and play. Disregard all those old reviews.

I went to my car to get my receipt. I come back with the doors closed and gate pulled down and the thing current t hair guy says, at 7:55 pm, oh well close at 8. I said Google says you closed at 10. With the mall. And why didn't you tell me before I left to my car? The guy just shrugged his shoulders and says he has to close or he'll be in trouble. That's B+(#$hi+!!!

Poor service in multiple parts of town, infact, 5g is not better than 4g from metro, it seems to be the same. Probably the worst service available right now.

I've been with this Metro for more than 6 I went in for an upgrade and I literally was having to pay retail price for they were just trying to scam me this place is a joke

Yesterday I came in to pay my bill. Another guy came in was trying to get into my backpack. Why did your store clerk do anything about it.Plus their only one clerk. Where was the mall guards too. Out to lunch..

I needed a US phone and service without a huge investment. Free Metro phone deal and plan met my needs. The Customer Service Rep was great- knowledgeable, friendly, he even found me an extra discount and set up my phone, all in record time. Sorry, I don't remember his name, he deserves a 5 Star rating also!

I got my son a upgraded phone and I had to ask for my receipt and when I got home I realized I was charged for a pop it thing and it was like 20 dollars and I called and she said just bring the receipt and I let her know that I was going out of town and she said that's fine so I went in today and the guy said all he could do is give me a pop it, and I let him know that I never ask for it, but it was like 10 days so make sure you get a receipt and check for extra charges

I had an awesome experience at this store yesterday, we really needed new phones but we are on a super strict budget. I spoke with sales professionals Edgar and Michael about our need, to my surprise they were able to get me an incredible deal on three port overs and a new line of services for a super cheap rate! I got four Moto G stylus phones and a full month of service with an additional $27.00 added as a discount for next month bill all for under $200.00 dollars!!!! This promo is for very limited time, I was lucky to walk in when I did!! The customer service was excellent and Micheal personally owns a Moto G, he was kind enough to walk me through all of the awesome features his phone has and he totally went over and above to make sure I got the best phone and the best deal!! Thank you Edgar and Michael for you help and excellent customer service!!!!! I hope you both have an awesome Christmas ☃️?

Im at the mall metro and Neida was the biggest help of all with showing me how my phone works. I now understand much better, she is off the charts with communication skills. And awesome skills. My experience was a easy 5 stars. Appreciate Metro best Co. Ever Thank you very much Neida.?

Seriously dislike the mall Metro. What happened to the one downtown with nice and respectful people. The lady today didn't know what she was doing and had to ask the manager the same thing 4 times before the manager just came and did it. All the lady said was oh I'm sorry I'm not from around here. Like that had something to do with me paying my bill. Worst Metro and customer service in the area.
