I've been there a few times now.... For service. Once for a Volvo, which the experience was fantastic. Can't complain. The 2nd and 3rd time were for Mercedes parts and service. The 2nd experience I got info... which led to the 3rd experience. Needed to get a key programmed to an ECU. The part was not in the car, I had already removed the bad one. The Mercedes service counter looked at me like I stole it. They told me they couldn't perform the work unless I brought the whole car in. (Not gonna happen) I was a bit upset by this, but to be honest, a friend of mine works there (different dept)
It's a beautiful place, and they have a lot of beautiful cars there, so it depends on what you're there for... in my opinion.

Took my car here for a clunking. Services manager says he hears it and no it is not normal. Keeps my vehicle to make repairs and still clunks says they’re waiting on a guy from somewhere else to take a look. Then no one ever calls. I call them and he says no it’s normal now. Oh no it’s not. This dealership lied on my paperwork and lies to your face. Worse dealership and service manager of anywhere. Mercedes better find better people mployees.

We picked up our Mercedes EQS 580 this weekend, our 3rd vehicle from Courtesy. Cedric Lafaix did a great job. This is new technology and Cedric had definitely done his homework. The process was smooth and enjoyable.

Very disappointed with the amount of time it is taking staff to do a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. I brought my car in on 05/01 at 1:30PM for an oil change and was told that it would take them up to 2.5 hours to get to my car and complete my oil change. Fast forward to 5PM, they are still not done with the car, in fact they never got to it. Now today 05/02 I'm told my car still will not be ready today. I'm just a bit frustrated as my car is my mode of transport. Staff either needs to manage their time better or be honest with me as to when my car is expected to be done. Not to mention I was charged an extra 100$ for "client request"? What does that even mean? I didn't request any extra services.

They do a great job, service and collision repair. Doesn't seem like they go above and beyond but they are friendly and will do a complete proper job from my experience. I will happily continue using them.

I have been to and used all Volvo dealerships within a five hour radius of Courtesy Volvo. Courtesy Volvo is the worst one I have ever been to. This explains why the reviews are so low compared to other Volvo dealerships. I've been here since 9 am with an appointment, and now it's 2 pm. My car has not even been looked at. Excuse after excuse, I keep being told by Eric. The Volvo brand does not represent that. If you genuinely want the Volvo experience, do not come here this place is run down and all smoke and mirrors.

This so called dealership repair shop is a big joke. I bought my Benz brand new from the Beverly Hills Mercedes dealer, all my service records were more than just maintenance but always took it to the dealer. I call this so call Mercedes Benz. Experts refused to change my stupid oil because I didn't buy my Benz from them..... Call them if you don't believe me.

I have had 3 mercedes in past. I had engine light turn on on my current 2008 350. Called dealer to make an appointment and was told they don't service vehicles older than 10 years. They also said service manager would call me, but he never did. Its outrageous to find a dealer that doesn't repair its cars. I had my car serviced before at this dealer and it was over 10 years at the time. So if you want a dealership that services your vehicle, skip Courtesy. They didn't have the courtesy to call me back. Time to buy Lexus!

This place is the BEST ever! Super professional, down to business but also very good people to talk to. Diane who I happened to get confused with Dane, is the dealership's wife. When I met her she was literally in the middle of a zoom call, she said hold on let me get off, got off and gave me full attention. She knows how to listen and get it done. I actually said to myself "Wow, she's a BOSS I could do business with her. ." I hadn't come across someone with her business ethics in a very very long time. Dane was excellent all 10's he actually helped me with service after meeting Diane. Good business equals good customers; do business with them!

After already knowing what was wrong with my car I took It to courtesy to get fixed, they not only didn't even check the initial problem they dismantled my water pump in the process and then told me that was the problem. My car is now leaking antifreeze when it wasn't before. This isn't the first time I've taken one of my Mercedes to this specific dealer and had a problem to where they have tried to charge me to repair a factory faulty SBC unit that was and is still under factory warranty Mercedes is supposed to fix for free. I had to go all the way to Sacramento where they did in fact replace my SBC at no cost and to my surprise they had a lot to say about this dealer.
