So, I decided to write a review because the sales team spent a long time with us to find the perfect mattress. They answered every question we could throw at them and helped us find the perfect mattress and at a price that fit our budget. They never once tried to up sell us and instead they were more focused on finding us the most comfortable mattress. It was an easy shopping experience

Was browsing at a couple of matress stores and then went into MattressFirm. Kristen, the store manager, greeted me and showed me some options after finding out what I was looking for. She was very friendly and personable. I appreciated her finding many options that meet and were below my budget. So happy to be getting a new mattress in a couple of days!

I had an amazing experience here at the Chico Mattress Firm. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ryan the sleep specialist. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He took so much time to help me pick the perfect bed for my needs. I felt like he genuinely cared rather than trying to push a sale which made all the difference. Kurt was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time we needed to ensure we knew all of our mattress options. We felt he went above and beyond with describing, in detail, the features and benefits of the mattresses we were looking at, while also not feeling like we were being pressured into buying something. Because of his professionalism and congeniality, we ultimately decided to buy specifically from Mattress Firm, instead of buying from the mattress brand's website. Thanks for all of your help Kurt!
