“Very recently, my family and I were going down the I-99 when we got a flat tire from the highway roadwork. We had to pull up onto the shoulder of the highway, and after assessing the damage, my dad called up his agent with Farmers Insurance and immediately got a hold of Genia Henderson.
They talked for about 5 minutes and she was able to give out his policy information and even gave out the names and phone numbers of a few local towing companies in the area. We called up Jim's Towing Service and we were towed up and out of the highway and into American Tire within 15 minutes. 10 minutes after that we were back on the road. Honestly, the entire ordeal could've lasted 2 hours tops, but prompt service from Genia and her agency who recommended Jim's Towing got us out of there and back on the road as quickly as we did.
My dad paid a considerable sum of money for the towing service but his auto insurance plan covered towing and he was able to get a credit back from Farmers Insurance within a week. Overall, we got prompt professional service from Genia and Farmers Insurance and we're glad we have her as our agent.”
