I've participated in many forms of fitness such as calisthenics, weight lifting, hiking, backpacking, biking, yoga, step, Pilates, cross-fit, and fitness machinery. I've worked out in groups and with personal trainers. No fitness coach commands my respect as much as Debbie. She must have been born with a fitness-trainer gene and a compassionate heart. In the less than five months that I've worked out with Debbie, I've gained the strength to perform exercises at a level that I never thought possible. Without trying, I've lost 12 pounds and finalky reached my goal weight. And, despite ongoing challenges, I've had so much fun.

Deb is an awesome trainer!!! Very knowledgeable and keeps the workouts challenging with options if needed. I look forward to her workouts!
