I would recommend this company to everyone I know. EXCELLENT customer service. owner Shane called me every Monday to let me know status of car. they detailed outside and cleaned inside. they replaced my back bumper and it looked beautiful. They also gave me life time warranty on bumper and painT.

These guys are class acts 100%! Got hit (fender bender crushed my bumper) by an uninsured motorist who was paying out of pocket. They found a time to sneak me in their schedule did a great job at a more than fair price and I was back on the road in a couple hours. I wish I could give them zero stars. My tires got stolen from JP’s and then they refused to work on my car, theres something weird going on in that shop. They claimed the cameras happened to be turned off, which makes me wonder if it was someone at the shop who knew the cameras were off.

1st time having someone hit my car ... their insurance company recommended JP ... iam amazed at how it looks like nothing happened and can not say how much I appreciate their service and my car looked shiny and new even the inside !!!! Thank you so very much Jhon !!!!!

I have used this shop a few times and they have always been top notch. It is obvious that John cares about you, your pocket book, and his reputation. I can't think of a time I have been disappointed in their performance there. I never like haveing to dump money into this sort of stuff but, at least I feel confident that he is only spending what is necessary to get the job done. If it is covered by insurance he will work with your insurance company to make sure it is handled. Good old fashioned, work ethics, and honesty.

Throughout the process I was updated and notified of everything going on with my vehicle (my baby!). Working with and talking to the owner makes you feel very taken care of. They respected my car like it was one of their own, I really respect the staff there and the owner JP for that. After the process, I had some questions and was offered some information and A free consultation afterwards on something else unrelated. Other than my Father's garage, this is the place that I solely trust with something that means so much to me, my car.

JP was the most efficient, professional and helpful auto experience I think I have ever had! They were responsive when I needed information about my car and didi everything in their power to ensure my repairs were done as quick as humanly possible which is no easy task in the current covid employment and supply chain crisis. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. No question this is the place to take your vehicle for all your paint and bodywork needs.

I had a tree drop a few limbs on the roof of my car and created a few minor dents. I looked around for a shop and the reviews for JP's we're really good and after I made arrangements over the phone they were the shop I decided to go with. My insurance did some strange stuff and made things a bit confusing. The shop got all the insurance stuff taken care of and the job even came in a little under budget (not the usual but a nice surprise). I was updated on the status of my vehicle and I was really happy with the work that was done when I picked it up. Totally satisfied.

I had to get my bumper replaced due to an accident I was in. My insurance dropped the ball and JP picked up their slack and got me squared away. He kept me updated on what was going on and worked mwith me to make sure I had my car when I needed it. I recommend this place to everyone.
