8-30-24 I needed a battery replacement for my IPhone ll and David was on spot and replaced it in less then 45 minutes for only $80! He was very informative, pleasant, easy to talk with and I felt trustworthy. David and Ben’s prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and their store (David and Ben are co-owners of iRepair) easily beat the local competition.
I checked out various Facebook local Chico groups and iRepair came up time and time again, recommended by customers having had various repairs completed.

I went in with an odd request. Ben and David did not hesitate to help. As I was in there for maybe 15 minutes they helped 5 other very please customers. They have excellent customer service and are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend them for any computer or cell phone repair needs. They made a loyal customer in me today.

I love iRepair. They’re honest, and give accurate estimates about pricing and about how quickly they can get the phone back to me. I’ve had Samsung and Apple devices repaired, and they were able to rescue data that I thought was lost forever. And They were able to get my phone fixed for the best price, faster than anybody else in town. I also appreciate that the owner is from Chico and I don’t have to deal with a big corporation.

Fair prices, answer questions, knowledgeable, friendly, and in a timely manner. Fixed my iPad. Works great. It did have some sticky residue they got on it that I'd think they would have cleaned off. But I'm still overall very happy.

These guys are great! They fixed my I phone for a great price, so when I had trouble with my iPad I took it in because of the great customer service. They were able to immediately fix my iPad, it was real quick fix, which they could have charged me for but they didn't. Thank you so Much! I will bringing all my computer issues to them.

I had a broken charger stuck in my iPad charging port. It was badly jammed in and the port had to be replaced. The work was completed by Ben professionally with no issues. I highly recommend Chico iRepair.

A TOTAL SCAM! Don't take your phone here! They made my phone worse than it originally was, and refused to refund my money. They also said they would only fix the screen after they messed it up if I gave them MORE money. They are fully aware that the phone screens they use malfunction the majority of the time. The owner even admitted that to me face-to-face, and still refused to correct the issue he created. Ignore the fake positive reviews that they clearly made themselves, and carefully read ALL of the reviews. You will see that so many other people have been scammed by them too.

Alert people my wife took her iPhone 13 pro to get fix and l left it there for like 1 week and he calls her back saying it doesn’t work anymore and they didn’t charge no money to her ….. am we go pick up the phone , and I took it to another iPhone repair shop and they opened it and someone told her that where she took her phone the first time they took parts out of her iPhone and It probably was able to get fix but not anymore because of the parts missing they took from it so be carefull to all don’t believe in this company , to steal parts of your property can be penalty I’m going to sue them.
