“After losing our home in the paradise California camp fire I had to make an important decision where to go next? Housing was almost impossible to find, how to recover? And being uninsured losing everything! I had to think fast so I went and and met with Ken Hagens, my plan was to move out of the state my only asset was my 401k from a previous employer. Ken took the time to help roll over my 401k into a simple IRA he even called the other institution while I was sitting there he got it done in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed. “I wanted to share a 5 star experience with a recent transaction that exceeded my expectations with Mid Valley Title and team. I had the pleasure to work with Heidi Gomez (Senior Escrow Officer) and her team Amber Stell and Elizabeth McCollum. The recent transaction was due to the Camp Fire of 2018 that burned down a condo complex with 44 units. It was a long process and final payment was just completed. I was not confident this was going to close this year due to the 44 units and the fact a lot of the owners had moved and some have changed phone numbers. Heidi Gomez (Senior Escrow Officer) and Amber Stell as well as Elizabeth McCollun pulled a rabbit out of the hat so to speak.
