Love the facility and how much equipment they have. I also love the daycare and that you get two hours free a day to use it. And I love that Japanese Blossom is back and in the Cafe.

I've been going here for a while (about 3-4 years). Always paid my dues on time. Never had to deal with their customer service untill now. Let me tell you they DO NOT CARE if you have concerns, how long you have been going or anything once you are going. The projected feeling is we are big enough that we do not care if you cancel. Their customer service is trash.

This gym has really improved it's culture. It was always well appointed with excellent variety of weights, machines, studios for yoga, spinning, step, and with lots of programs to get fit. Around the time of the fire, the gym became populated with people who didn't seem to realize that other people were using the facilities too. The culture wilted. Now it's clean, quiet, and welcoming. The rules now emphasize a collective spirit and behavior that is acceptable to all. The attendants welcome you sincerely and wish you a good day as you leave. Surprisingly, ( in this rough epoch), there is earnestness to this greeting. It's not punctuated with a rubber band smile. The staff really seem to love working there and respect your patronage. The locker room is spotless. The pools are pristine. Great job of making this a go to gym.

A lot of people use most of their membership for basketball. The court is unuseable every winter. Really needs upgrading. The rest of gym has nice equipment but the gym is so overcrowded, hard to get the machine you want...

Probably one of the largest private gyms with the widest selection of equipment and activities that I’ve ever been to. They loose a star because of the showers having this super cheap gas station like soap and the carpets smelling funky. Changing the odor of the carpeted areas and using a higher end soap would go a long way towards making the place higher end.

InMo is without a doubt, the nicest gym in Chico. Being such affords THEM some luxuries that end up costing the consumers.1. The oversell their memberships, so expect to workout surrounded by about as many people as is humanly possible. It is very difficult to get some of the higher demand equipment unless you have the freedom to go during unusual times of the day.2. They love to raise rates every year.3. If you have to add or remove members from your account (looking at you foster parents) prepare to pay a $15 change charge. I would not consider this gym foster family friendly.4. Ready to cancel your membership, can't do that over the phone. Needs to be done in person. Why? Probably because they know people are less likely to actually make the journey in, so they count on at least that extra month of revenue out of you.Overall, the gym is beautiful and extremely well kept. BUT their money first approach to dealing with their customers can be extremely frustrating and feel like you're just a bank account to them.

I love working out here. It is one of the biggest gyms I have been to. It is kid friendly and it has a whole kid swim area. The stuff working is always friendly and helpful.Everything is always clean and everyone working out here is indifferent to what you look like. I am a bigger guy, so I feel uncomfortable in a gym setting, but I shouldn't have been. No one cares. After the first of the year, it is hard to go with the influx of the new years crowd. But, after 3-5 months most of those people are gone. The only downside is parking and equipment availability during peak hours. Parking is really the only reason they are not getting 5 stars from me. Why do they not have a parking structure with the amount of people that attend this gym?

The best gym in town. I was drawn to it because of their kids program and the amazing pools. I stayed after my kids outgrew the kids program for all the great classes they offer.

This place is to expensive for what you get and some.of the staff is rude and single some people out...I have tried this gym with a membership over the years and things have gotten worse not better. I would not recommend this gym for any age group.
