Dakota and Matt came to install my new washer and dryer. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and did the installations in a timely manner.

I bought a dryer from Hudson's back in 2021 when I moved into my house. It stopped working about a month ago. I called them to see if they can come out and service it fully knowing I was going to have to pay for the service. They took my credit card. I thought they were just making sure I had the funds, but no, they charged my card a week before they were going to come out. After calling them and them not returning my calls, I called again to let them know- I don't pay for services that have not been rendered, and that I was canceling my appointment. And that I want to refund. I had to call them four times they never return my phone calls. Each time they would tell me the check is in the mail. Today I actually had to go down and physically pick up a check because they do not put money back on credit cards. although they are very willing to take your money before they fix your appliance. They said they thought they had sent me my refund in the mail but had not. At this point, I had already had my dryer fixed by somebody else, and I still had not gotten my money from them, it had been three weeks.

Moved into my place with the dryer not working. They couldn't get me in till a week later, so was understandable that they are busy no problem. The technician comes out and doesn't even touch my unit. Leaves a note saying he has to come back with another person cause he needs help since it is a tight space, understandable. I then have to wait another 5 days to get the next appointment, the two guys come out and are very nice. Takes them less than 2 minutes to find the issue going on. The nob on the dryer was cracked and that's why it wouldn't start. They replaced it and were gone within 5 minutes. So with my first appointment could have been an easy fix but since this technician decided not even to look at it one bit or run any tests, I had to wait over 2 weeks to get this fixed. Called Rhea to ask why this wasn't looked at when I had my first appointment and was given no explanation, no apology, and was completely rude to me. Not sure since I'm a young college student they think they can treat me a certain way but this has been a very disappointing interaction and would not recommended them.

The reason we keep coming back to Hudson's is because of the service.Matt and Aaron , our delivery people, delivered on time, and were extremely courteous. Matt even took the time to listen to my wife about a little of our history in Paradise. We feel this is very important to connect we Paradicians to create the community we once had.

Deciding on a new appliance can be tedious as well as a bit stressful with all the options and what fits your lifestyle best. Gabe, their manager was very informative and helpful, he helped me vetout all the scenarios with patience…Dakato and Matt delivered the refrigerator with professionalism. They were very communicative with delivery time adjustments and made sure to clean up all the delivery materials.Everyone I came in contact with were exceptional at delivering excellent customer care! We would highly recommend using Hudson’s!

My 31 year-old dishwasher finally needed to be replaced. I went into Hudson's Appliance Center in Chico to find a new a one. Dominick provided great service and made the buying process smooth and easy. Just a few days later, Curtis and Aaron arrived at my front door to remove my old dishwasher and install my new one (which happens to match my stove which I purchased from Hudson's Appliances about seven years ago). Curtis and Aaron introduced themselves, took time to look at the old dishwasher and what needed to be done to remove it, brought in the appropriate tools and in a short amount of time they had it disconnected and removed from my kitchen. I had a few minutes to clean out the dust in the space which I appreciated. Then the dishwasher was slid into place. I appreciated the care they both took to make sure the dishwasher was level and at a good height. Curtis and Aaron arrived on time, were polite and courteous, focused on the task at hand, and efficient throughout. It is such a pleasure to have such good, consistent service. Thank you Curtis and Aaron, Dominick, and Hudson's Appliance.
