“Fantastic staff and rooms. The only downside is there is only one ice machine however there was no ice and the temperature was 104 degrees. The vents where the air comes out if the air conditioning units desperately need to be cleaned. They are coated dirt and God only knows what so you are breathing that.
Nearby activities: There is pool and a Cajun seafood restaurant in the parking lot.”

“Our room bathtub/shower faucet wouldn't turn. We didn't realize this until morning and we were leaving, so couldn't bathe. Our keys had to be reprogrammed previous night. Window shade chain wouldn't open. Maintenance problem? We'll try another hotel.
Food & drinks: They have a breakfast that we didn't try, but a nice feature.”

“This is such a lovely, peaceful place! Like a home away from home but way nicer! So clean and luxurious with a great kitchen the few rooms lead off from. I love the self check system, the calm serenity, and the amazing service….I felt so safe there as a solo traveler. The staff answered my emails so fast and were so kind. This is a wonderful small family business! I can’t wait to go back. I’ll be going here whenever I go to Chico!”
“Rooms: Room was very clean. I'd asked for a feather free room and houeskeeping changed out the pillows as we checked in.
Food and drinks: Coffee available in lobby. Had French toast for breakfast, it was ok. Careful what you order. I watched the guy behind the counter fix meals. Peeled a hard boiled egg and made avacato toast. He did NOT wear gloves. Did it all bear handed and wiped his hands on his pants.”

“Definiteley one of the best hotel experiences I had.
We reserved our room at last minute, it was very late and the owner was kind enough to wait for me and my family to get there and pay. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed, breakfast is included, decent and can’t really complain, we all enjoyed it because they had pancakes!! ?
We were a little late for breakfast and they made no big deal about it.

Safety: Very quiet, a lot of ilumination and no creeps around at all. Easy to get in and out.”

“The manager Carrie is just the kindest person in the world. Such a great stay. This was my home for a while after my house recently burned down and I couldn't have been in a better place. Lots of really awesome people that were staying there the whole time I was, so great neighbors and a safe place to be. Didn't see any funny business either, lol. But seriously, thank you Carrie for talking with me and having such a great heart and giving me some ideas do help me get back on my feet. Best prices I could find in Chico, too. Cheers!”

“The rooms are decent mine includes two double beds a refrigerator and microwave coffee pot decent size flat screen TV bathtub shower wheelchair accessible AC works really good the refrigerator freezer also works really good in my room I had to turn it down from Maximum to halfway because my drinks were freezing in the refrigerator portion there is several good movie channels unfortunately my experience hear my neighbors in the next two rooms are always drinking and fighting all hours in the day and night.... I really don't understand how management allows such extreme domestic violence guests”
