I have to give a shout out to Makayla. I appreciate your help, your professionalism, your kindness, and for the laughter. I had some changes that needed to be done, and you took care of it, no problem. Your welcoming attitude working the Front Desk goes a long way and you definitely put the costomer first. You're doing a great job!!!! Please keep up the good work!!!! It's Front Desk people like you that keep myself and my colleagues returning here when we're working in the area. Thank you again for all the help, I truly appreciate it ?

Great hotel. Location is perfect as everything in town is about a 6 minute drive. Close to a grocery store which is very convenient. The breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

check-in process was fast, staff nice, room was good and clean, breakfast was awesome with two non-meat egg options. Just wish they had more toppings for yogurt.

I have been a Yelp user for many years and wanted to start off my new profile at the Holiday Inn express in Chico, but was very disappointed… it was a very clean, nice place, but it was staff at front desk that really ruined my stay. it started when I went down and asked for an extra pillow and a bald employee with glasses said he would get me some pillows, which was excellent, but I waited for more than 10 minutes in the lobby, but what was most disturbing was when I went to the front desk and looked around the corner I saw the same bald front desk, employee, kissing another employee, a woman with colored hair and a blue shirt .I requested to speak to a manager after I saw that, but the bald employee claims he was the manager I hope not because that was really unprofessional to see. but at least I got my pillow and breakfast. I would not recommend this place to stay sorry

Very cheap feel about the place, trying to cut corners. I went somewhere else after my first week in Chico. Even the luggage carts were very cheaply made and flimsy.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Chico! The location offers easy access to Winco and a variety of walkable restaraunts and bars. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty. What more could you want?

My kids liked the pool. I liked the EV chargers even though they are level 2 chargers. Good breakfast, too.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bottle water in the room for coffee maker and a bar soap for face wash and it’d be perfect

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. Only downside to this hotel is the lack of a hot tub which is a bummer if that's where you planned on being while your kids are in the pool.
