Not worth passing up if you're looking for a decent price compared to the other motels room rates and deposits. I've seen them accommodate all different types of lifestyles from homeless to privileged I recommend it

I arrived and had an early check in around 2:50. I go into my room and immediately am disgusted by what they thought was okay to check out to me. Dirty carpets, stained pillows with hair, a chair that is ripped, stained and had crumbs, holes in the wall, dirt on the walls and so on. I talk to my boyfriend who was arriving a little after me about what I should do. We arrive to the conclusion to switch rooms. I tell the woman at the front that my room is disgusting and that I would like a different room. She gets her manager/owner (idk who the hell this guy is) and he comes to meet me at the room, immediately being defiant and questioning me why I took an hour to request a room change and that I must have made the mess myself. It had only been 30 minutes and I showed him the pictures I took immediately on check in with the time stamps. He said I shouldn't expect any better from a motel. I've stayed at cheaper motels in the past and have NEVER stayed anymore more disgusting with the WORST customer service. By the way, the next room I got was barely any better so my boyfriend and I had to bring in our own pillows/blankets to sleep in since we didn't trust the beds. The old towels provided were way past their expiration date and had hairs inside every fold.

So my experience at this hotel was very uncomfortable friendly staff but i mean also its not the best hotel but come on honestly ive never had this type of experience at any other hotel this hotel at HAVEN INN OF CHICO.DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAYYY if u want to bed bugs bites, dirty towels, a very dirty shower, curtains dirty, sink dirty, the linen to the bed werent changed and the list goes on

This place is NASTY!! Infested with cockroaches and other bugs but mostly cockroaches. The towel were dingy and it looks like the floors weren't swept and the walls have residue of smashed bugs everywhere. We had to leave and find a different hotel at 10pm. Took pictures of the 4 roaches we were able to kill, not mentioning the ones we couldn't catch on time. As soon as we took out our food they came running in waves.Rooms: The room was absolutely disgusting.

Horrible. Do not stay here. So super gross and not kept up. Bed linens looked used, burn hole and markings on comforter. Stains everywhere...carpet, bedding, walls, furniture. Not all lights working. Towels looked like they were used in an auto body shop. Outlets in wall not secured. Arrived late and was tired, so slept in all of my clothes with my own blanket. Should have read the reviews before I booked this dump.

Worst place I've ever stayed in, hands down. Extremely rude lady at the desk. Reserved a king and was given a double. Towels were dirty. Heck, the whole room was filthy. The TV remote was sticky. The most basic tasks a housekeeper should do were completely neglected. They don't even clean under the beds. The worst part was the lack of any kind of safety or security- druggies and criminals wandering on and off the property at all hours of the night while the owners creep around trying to spy on you. Worst sleep I've gotten in years.

I am appalled by the absolute disregard for their customers. Wi-Fi is not working. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. No microwave, no fridge, no TV. Water coming out of the AC so the whole floor is popping up from wet log. Smells like mold and when you bring it to their attention they're like oh no, no to the room cleaners the housekeepers who try to do the best job that they're allowed. They're all frustrated because they asked the people running it or the people that own it. Hey, we need this or that you know and they say oh no money no money but how are you having all these people stay in your hotel? That should be a health risk bugs every it's just absolutely disgusting and I was just amazed that when you talk to the the management they literally have no regard for anything that you say. They just don't care. All they care about is the money so that will be the last time that I ever ever step foot in that establishment and you can think of the people there. I would not recommend that place to a worm let alone a human being You're better off paying the extra $20 to stay somewhere that you don't have to worry about catching a rash. I caught something that the doctors are saying is MRSA from sitting in there on the toilet. Absolutely discussing and I just can't believe that they don't even try to give you your money back. Nothing. They don't care. So yeah they should bulldoze that place and start over

Place is disgusting, roach infested, room we had didn't have a TV or refrigerator. The floorboards are coming up and and have large gaps in them, very low water pressure, food crumbs and wrappers under the bed And behind the furniture, very little lighting. Only motel staff is one house keeper and the person who runs it and his wife. Will never recommend to anyone
