Been with my bank since 2014 and the tellers are super sweet the only down side is that we only have one golden1 bank but definitely recommend banking with them

This is a fantastic credit union. Staff are awesome and if you get your card hacked or stolen, they are quick to respond and get your funds back to you. Only downside is the lack of parking for your car and the fact there's only one branch in all of Chico vicinity. I highly recommend Golden 1. Keep up the great service!!

Golden One is where I do my banking, the employees there are very pleasant and helpful for all I need. They are the Bomb.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a credit union. Let alone the rudest employees at the Chico branch. Being a state worker I was stuck using them. Well after 27 year's I finally had enough. They don't deserve my business or yours. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and avoid this place like your money depended on it. DON'T BANK HERE!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Especially this branch location. They have the rudest teller’s and management is pathetic. They definitely couldn’t care less about their customers. Looking forward to finding a new bank and canceling my account.

I wish I could rate this branch & company negative stars. My parents went in to open an account today with an ESCROW check and they were declined service. As a banker the reasoning they were given for declining services makes ZERO sense to me. They treated my parents terribly. My mom was crying and very shaken because they treated them as if they were fraud. My parents are from California and just moved back and they were so excited to have a local CU again and be back in California. There is absolutely nothing this company can say to my parents or myself to ever earn our business again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Lack of parking and being the only Golden1 bank in the area make it difficult to make deposits/withdrawals. One bank teller in particular has a serious attitude problem and is unpleasant to deal with. Every other bank teller in this location has been great.

A simple 10 minute visit took up my entire hour lunch break. Showed back up to work late and hungry :) Golden 1 isn't about convenience or timely service. If that's what you look for in a bank, don't waist your time here. At least not at this particular location.
