The people that own this shop go the extra mile in customer service. Although they did not carry what I wanted they told me what to get and showed me a picture so I wasn't shopping in the dark.

Andrew at Galaxy fixed everything quickly after Best Buy gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Best Buy completely messed up both an online order for a TV and then an order I placed directly at their Chico store. On both of the scheduled delivery dates they discovered they did not have the TV I ordered in stock. So I cancelled my order with Best Buy and found Galaxy online and was impressed with their Yelp reviews. Andrew sold me the TV I was looking for at a very reasonable price, and installed it the next day. The TV was a gift for a family member, who reported the installation service was courteous and professional. So Andrew did in two days what Best Buy couldn't do in over three weeks. Whatever your audio video needs are, you won't go wrong with Andrew and Galaxy Custom Audio Video!

We bought our new home in Chico that had pre-installed ceiling speakers which we needed help with hooking up to our existing equipment; and we also needed several TVs mounted with speaker systems and we needed some serious wifi installed since the house is very large. Andrew came over and analyzed the house and provided us with multiple options, including options with using our existing equipment for cost effectiveness, as well as how we could upgrade using the latest and greatest technology available. He was extremely thorough, professional and easy to work with. He custom mounted our TVs; we chose to upgrade our Yamaha receiver and he installed a system (Yamaha Musiccast) to allow us to control music in each room and outside via our phones and ipads. The whole system is really incredible. It works flawlessly. In addition, he installed WIFI that provides full bars everywhere in and outside our home; and ran a few Ethernet cables into a few rooms for an added boost when we need it. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. Afterwards, when I wasn't able to operate the TV in one room I sent him a text and he was at my door the next morning on a weekend! As it turns out, my remote battery was dead. (user error! oops). Also, he helped us work with Comcast to make sure everything was completely setup properly. We highly recommend Galaxy Custom Audio Video for your home technology needs. He will be the first person we call for any future needs we have with home tech.

Andrew came over to our house right away to provide a full consultation on a new TV, new sound receiver, and some side speakers for our home theater. He is extremely knowledgeable, follows through on every promise, and completed the work in a very short time frame. I strongly recommend Andrew for any home theater project, he truly listens to your needs and helps you identify the right equipment for the job. His install services were flawless and he made sure I understood the new sound setup before leaving our house.

My wife and i were terrified at the prospect of updating our TV system. We wanted a big screen, blueray, Netflix, recording capability--the works--and had no idea how to go about it. We talked to a few local dealers and only got more confused and intimidated. Then a friend suggested Andrew at Galaxy. He was our dream come true. He came to the house, looked at the space, listened to our wants, then advised us on some options in plain and simple language. We made our choices, and he quickly and efficiently installed the system. We got exactly what we asked for, and it's marvelous, for less money than we expected to pay. Andrew gave us simple instructions on how to use the system and assured us that we would need refresher courses and he was happy to provide them. All in all, a perfectly satisfying experience. You can't go wrong with these people.
