I called for tow service for a friend of the family who is only 16 and just learning the ropes of driving. He was broke down on 20th street during rush hour. I contacted Ernie and he showed up very professional and prompt. Skillfully pulled the car out of traffic with precision and speed as to not disrupt traffic any longer than necessary, all while being extremely safe. The car was delivered immediately to my residence so I could do the necessary repairs to get the kid back on the road so he had transportation to and from school and work. I would highly recommend Ernie to anyone in the area, thank you good sir!!!!

I locked my keys in my car n I contacted Errnie's Towing. The gentleman who arrived in 10mins after calling had unlocked my car in less then 2mins of arrival.. Very professional n polite. I would do business with them again if im in need of thier services

In my experience, the only thing worse than Ernie’s attitude is his drinking problem. Ernie felt comfortable yelling at me over the phone and purposefully dodged questions in order to keep my vehicle a day longer than he had to.
When I arrived at his place of business to pick up my vehicle; I was immediately smacked in the face with the smell of stale beer. I looked down towards the stench to see a skinny alcoholic looking man that I would later learn to be Ernie himself. While the nice women at the front desk took my payment the sickly alcoholic man pulled my car around.
When Ernie dropped off my vehicle and identified himself I asked Ernie why he thought it was okay to yell at people and disrespect them over the phone. Unfortunately for Ernie he wasn’t able to see the person he was yelling at the day before and his formerly tough attitude disappeared when in person. When I told Ernie that I would rather fight someone than have them yell at me; Ernie responded by taking pictures of me and my vehicle and started crying that he was going to call the cops because I was threatening him.
I think everyone learned something from this experience. I learned to avoid Ernie and his business at all costs. And I’m sure Earnie learned that he should think twice before acting tough over the phone.

Truck blew a hose driving around Friday when it was 116°. Cory at Ernie's was the only driver willing to go out and tow my truck to my house, Thanks fellas

They were kind and understanding. But the only thing that would have up them to five star is if they were willing to negotiate to help me get my car out. They made up something about a contract minimum with the CHP LOL. Overall they were nice people.
