These salesmen are shady as h*ll. Went to go buyout my lease for my Honda CRV and they tried to have me pay $5,000 more then what my car would sell for right now. Nice try guys. Take my advice and be like the salesmen at Yuba City Honda. They saved me $5,000 and were an absolute pleasant to work with.

Bought a used car from wittmeier in chico as soon as we drove off a light came on the dash. A sensor was out had to argue with them they fixed it. After having the car 3 days we got heavy rain filled the door with water and the tail lights called they said they would fix it but we would have to pay half the cost almost $400. AFTER paying over $13,000 for a 20 yr old monte carlo with 84,360 miles on it. They told us when we bought it nothing leaked and everything was good with it. Will never buy another car from them again. Dirty dogs

Purchased a car with a mark up and knew that but after buying car they stopped responding to my request for my ford points. Nobody knows what to do, promised call backs and don't call back. Tried for a year and will file complaint with Ford as well. Greedy dealership with Mark ups and still screw the customer after. It's 400 dollars or so worth of points and something they could simply just honor but they can care less about customer service once the sale is done. Found another dealer that is so much better, have done business with since, and they do not charge mark ups on vehicles.

I took my 2003 Ford Explorer to Wittmeier Ford in Chico in September because it was making noises that got worse when turning left and got better when turning right. The dealership did about $1600 of work on the car. Shortly after we got the vehicle home we began experiencing new problems with it that seem to be the result of the work the dealership did. It now makes whooshing noises and crunching when the brakes are depressed, as if there is something wrong with the springs. We live almost 2 hours away from the dealership. I have made several appointments to bring the Explorer back, but have had to cancel due to weather or illness. I had an appointment for March 13, and I called to confirm. I was told that there would be a $165 inspection fee, even though I am bringing the vehicle back due to what appears to be faulty work on the dealership's part. The Explorer is not driven much. It is a back-up vehicle, and probably only has a few hundred miles on it since it was serviced in September. I explained this to Carlos, the guy I spoke with, and he said that did not matter and that their technicians need to get paid for the work they do. I didn't say it, but my thought is that they should have properly done the work they were paid to do in September. I should not have to pay for their mistakes. I am already inconvenienced with the time and gas to get the Explorer back to them. I was told that Wittmeier Ford's work was warrantied for 6 months. Isn't work done by a certified dealer under warranty for a year? We are just over the 6 month mark now, and had been trying to get the car in for several months-well before the dealer's deadline. I ended up cancelling the appointment for March 13 and do not plan to return to this dealer. Further, shortly after getting the vehicle home we noticed that the front bumper has a large, symmetrical indentation in it on each side-likely from the dealer when they serviced it. It wasn't there before, and we haven't hit anything. I live in a small community, and I will make sure I let everyone know that they should not go to Wittmeier Ford because they do not stand behind their work, and they do shoddy work.

I test drove a couple vehicles here. All dealerships will tell you they are short on used vehicles right now. I was able to test drive a couple that actually turned out to be just above my price range. Depending on what I could get for flipping my car. It's very difficult to pin these people down at this dealership for an estimated rate based on what ones credit rating will be. So I let the salesperson talk me into having a soft pull on my credit in order to better determine what I may be able to afford. The soft pull turned out to be a hard pull. I was lied to although that may have not been intentional on the salesperson's part. It's still sad. No I don't believe that you can trust this dealership. However if I were to give them the benefit of the doubt then I can say that they do have cars available, they will let you test drive them before your purchase, and the salesperson that I spoke to seemed informative and friendly. If I had purchased the vehicle that I liked then I believe that it would have gone smoothly. Unfortunately any vehicle that I liked and would have purchased from this dealership was more expensive than what I came in to shop for. I clearly stated what I could afford through the window before I got out of the car.Other dealerships give me an estimate on what my payment might be without doing a hard pull on my credit. This dealership deceived me and did a hard pull which affects my credit rating. It dinged me one point. Imagine every dealership you shop at dinging your credit with a hard pull. And that was for a vehicle beyond my financial grasp. I hope that I aquire enough wealth in my near future to purchase an expensive vehicle because you know where I'm "not" buying it.

Vincent did a great job fixing my daughter's car after a minor accident. He kept me apprised of repair status and parts arrivals and was able to get the car ready for her to pick it up before her winter break from college. Highly recommend this place for auto collision repair!
