Just like the reviews stated... works for a week then out for a week.. always updating or maintenance or weather even when there is none.. slight overcast of cloud might as well throw on the LOST DVD series you would be done with that before your internet worked longer than a day without issue. Messed with my college work, business work, no compensation for days or weeks without internet. When in need of maintenance ALWAYS different tech then before so always have to go over the same information again and again. Over all terrible service for a company that "spends" all this money on upgrading I feel my phones hotspot works better than their internet and its more reliable...

If you need any consistent internet look elsewhere. I have to call constantly to get my internet up to speed. It's so slow it wouldn't let me post this review the first time. So now I'm on my cell network. I haven't gone over 3 weeks without having to call tech support.

Digital Path has to be the most unreliable internet out there. Super Bowl Sunday and of course we loose our internet. I feel like it’s out more than it’s on

Pretty bad service, in Quincy ca area and there would be pretty long periods of time where the internet would drop and be slow and every time we called we would be told an irrelevant reason, such as weather when there were no weather issues or they would just say they didn’t know or maintenance without informing beforehand, I don’t know it’s was honestly just bad service. Do not recommend if you work from home. We would also be charged even on days that the internet was out all day and when we cancelled they would not close the account until the following month and would not refund us the price difference. Again not good service and do not recommend.

Two technicians installed our new GEN 8 system in the morning of the 27th of November and the results were completely satisfactory. They were courteous, answered all our questions and got the job done so that we were immediately on line with the new system.We're very pleased with the results and impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of their work, and would highly recommend the Digitalpath team to others.I hope someone can pass our comments along to Dominique and Danny.

Service is ok goes out a bit depending on the weather or for whatever reason so i had to update the equipment. I let them know I would be moving and because they don't provide service where I was going there is no cancellation fee. Things changed so i had to stay a while longer and thats when I had to update the equipment but now that the time has come for me to leave, I'm being told that i have to pay the full month amount even though i will only be using 12 days of service and I now have to pay a early cancellation fee of over $200.

Contacted them for service when I purchased a home next to Lake Almanor in Plumas County. I wouldn’t touch frontiers 6mb speeds and was assured that digital path could provide me with up to 100mbs. Their techs came out and did a test from the top of the 60ft Doug fur on my property(only tree on the 1/2 acre). The tech came down and said due to the tree line on Drye mountain I can only get 6mbs and this was with their late’s generation of technology. Which was truly disappointing especially with how much assurance their sales team provided. The tech said that I was better off getting Starlink and that was what they used. It was extremely upsetting to hear that from their technicians. I would avoid this company if you have the option. But they were right and starlink was the way to go

I am new to DigitalPath and I have to say so far the customer service has been outstanding from Justin, the sales rep to our installers Grant and Kienan. The install was perfect and our internet service is awesome. So happy I found this company. Finding internet service in our area of Auburn was not easy and they came through for us!

I've been with Digital Path since 2021, I'm very happy with their service, never had any trouble with their internet, I'm on the Gen 6 wait for the upgrade to Gen **** have no problems with buffering or lose connection. I have a son who games mostly all day and another that streams movies and with both using at the same time. It works great. ********************* was very helpful today, helping on my parents Digitalpath. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

We had T-Mobile Home Internet for a few years and had to finally give up. I called Digital Path to see it they could provide better and faster internet service. Brett came out to the house and checked everything out before making promises on speed and service. It's all set up now and works great. My Gen 8 antenna is located on the edge of our property with a good signal. We FINALLY have consistent internet service... 150 mbps plus on our rural plan with a consistent connection. Game changer for my family, since we all work from home.

My bad experience is that you tell certain people that they are perfect for the job and almost over qualified and will fit right in and get their hopes up, but that you will let them know either way if they didn't get the position (which is the obvious responsible thing to do) and then completely ghost them. Maybe you wouldn't have so many horrible reviews if you would hire people that have impeccable recommendations and would of worked hard to have a stable job to actually move up in.

After trying T-Mobile (poor signal) and Zito cable (never could get a connection) I called Digital path. They instaĺled an antenna 80ft up a tree next to our house... tech support was extremely helpfull when swapping out a wireless router. I've been getting a reliable 35 to 43 mbps connection and am very happy with the service

Digital path internet is super fast and reliable they have great customer service very nice and professional.when they come out to your house they're clean polite and always address any problems I have very professional when they leave I'm happy with there work I recommend digital path to anybody who needs Internet service I've been with them for 7 happy years and I never have a problem with my internet that they can't fix thank you digital path.
