I have to say I was a little disappointed. The women's section is very small.
They do have a nice selection of purses. There are a lot of mens boots and cowboy hats. The upstairs has a ton of men's button-down dress shirts. A small rack of t-shirts. There is street parking and a public lot across the street for a fee.

Ordered a hat in mid September, was told it would take 30 days to come in. Going into December now and I still have no idea where my hat is. I’ve called 3 times now and have been told the same thing. That their manager would call and check on my order, and then get back to me about it. Each call has had about 1-2 weeks in between calls and I have not been told anything besides the aforementioned. I’m out my down payment and a hat now.

I came into Diamond W looking for hat cleaner as my wool hat had blown off in the street and gotten pretty dirty. The young guy and gal that were working couldn't have been more polite, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned my hat at no charge and also were generous enough to also send me home with hat cleaner at no charge. I didn't catch the employee's names, but I couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks Diamond W!

I took in a purse..it was a name brand and very expensive. A while back I evidently set it in something or something was spilled on it and it ate thru the color and down to leather. Nevertheless it had a 50 cent size blotch and a few smaller ones on the outside which made it look terrible and useless. I carried it around for over a year hoping I could find a way to get it it repaired. I took it into Pats Shoe Repair at Diamond W and he worked on it for several weeks trying to match the color..(it was not a very standard color) when I went into pick it up I was shocked! I could not see where the repair was done!..Amazing Work!

I took some boots and shoes in to Pats Shoe Repair in Diamond W. All were in very bad shape. I am so HAPPY with the repair work! I also received great service when I initially took everything in and great service when I went in to pick them up. Very helpful and very nice.

My girlfriend and I walked in and were instantly greeted with a hello. After a couple minutes of browsing we decided to look at some hats. One lady helped get hats for us and explained the different felt types and quality along with shapes and styles. My girlfriend didn't fit in any hat she tried. The working lady managed to steam and fit a hat to her almost perfectly. Both hats came out great! I'll go here over boot barn any day!

Both employees were super. I bought a suit there and really like it.. the only thing I didn't care for was for the amount of money I spent they were going to charge me to alter my pants,I think they would do it for free for the amount of money I spent.
