Brandy was very helpful and kind. She never made me feel rushed and took into consideration my likes and dislikes when choosing dresses. She was knowledgeable about sizing and what accessories would be appropriate to enhance the look. I highly recommend working with Brandy at David's Bridal.Mel was amazing on my second visit today. She helped me pick out amazing dresses for all occasions and was very kind and honest. I felt cared about and confident in my purchases. Thank you, Mel!!!!

We had a great experience today! Natalia is super helpful. She really listened to my needs, and helped me find the perfect dress! We visited again today, and Shannan was amazing! It’s my second time here, and I was impressed with her customer service skills. With a sweet attitude and positive reassurance, she went above and beyond to take care of us and other customers so well!

I was helped by an associate named Mel who was super helpful, kind, and just made sure we had a good time and were happy with our choices. We came in at opening and she immediately had plenty of energy and good vibes. Was even able to tell my shoe size just by looking at me for 2 seconds. Incredible service, absolutely lovely experience, and Mel was just fantastic, no stress and all fun.

I had my wedding dress alteration appointment with Alicia. She really took her time and asked lots of questions so we got it right. She listened very well for what I was envisioning and was happy to re-pin anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. I feel so confident with my dress in her hands. I can’t wait to pick it up. Her years of experience are evident and her positivity and smiles made my appointment a great experience.

A lot better than last time. She was very friendly and treated me like I am important. She wanted me to find the perfect dress and took the time and asked me how I felt and if she could put clips and asked if she could do anything. Last time the employee was so rude and acted like I was just another person. She yanked on me and never asked if she could touch me or not. I give Molly at 5 and the other a 1, I do not know her name

I'll be honest that I didn't really plan on getting my dress from David's Bridal. I planned on getting something a little less conventional (i.e. not white) and I know they don't have a lot of those options. I mostly wanted to try on different styles to see what would look good on me. But my stylist, Mel, was amazing. She found so many great dresses for me to try, but it ended up actually being the very first dress she picked that I fell in love with (and bought). She knew right off the bat. And as we tried on all of the other dresses, I just kept thinking about that first dress the whole time, comparing the rest of them to it. So she had me try it on again and I just knew it was the one. I'm so grateful for Mel for making the experience fun and helping me find the perfect dress!

Alicia assisted me with hemming my wedding dress, as well was adding a bustle. She is so incredibly friendly and kind. She made my first experience so enjoyable and memorable. She takes the time to make your vision come to life, I appreciate her so much. I'm so excited to see the final results in a few weeks! Thank you Alicia for making my dream dress perfect ❤️

I originally came in to just narrow down some dresses for my wedding, but I was able to say yes to the dress and I purchased a beautiful ball gown! Mel was so sweet and helpful and was able to take many photos for me!

David's Bridal is only the second place that I have looked at in the entirety of my wedding dress search, and I was blown away by the friendly staff. Cristina P was the person that helped me during my visit. She absolutely rocked! She was so accommodating, thoughtful, and informative. I had some idea of what I wanted, but not very clear. Cristina patiently helped me along and really listened to what I liked and didn't like. She made me feel at complete ease while I was there. I'm the type of person that has a really hard time with making a decision, so I feel that I owe it to myself to shop around a little more, but I can definitely see myself coming back to David's Bridal.

Staff is wonderful don't get me wrong but the quality of their dresses is sad. I had to go for 5 alterations appointments over the course of 3 weeks and it was getting frustrating having to drive back and forth. My dress wasn't ready until the evening before my wedding and I was afraid I was going to have to have my maid of honor sew me into it because the zipper was broken and they couldn't fix it. Luckily my husband's groomsmen were able to force it up. The hem was also crooked and too long so I stepped on it all night long. After paying over $250 for the bustle and having 2 alterations appointments for it they didn't last the night, they all came out and I was scattering buttons all over the venue. 2 of the layers surrounding the zipper came completely undone and we're only attached in the waistline. It's not like the dress was too tight either it was actually a little big which was nice because while I was eating I could breathe lol. When I went and looked for a dress EV helped me and she was wonderful!!! If you do go there request her, she picked out the dress I ended up buying. I'd love to give out a shout out to Lauren who really sold me on my dress because of all the ideas we had created together but the company doesn't respect their employees enough and she ended up quitting shortly after I purchased my dress. I hope she went to a private alterations store and got away from the corporate businesses. The General manager kept me sane through the whole process (I'm sorry I can't remember your name but you were awesome) aswell at the new alterations manager and if it weren't for them I would have sucked my super Karen mom on the company lol ??. Bottom line tho, buy the dresses on clearance then take them somewhere else to get altered somewhere else. There's a brilliant place in Auburn with an older Russian lady that my venue recommend and she will be fixing David's bridals mess and turning it into a regular ball gown so I can wear the dress I've sunk over 3k into

This experience was BEYOND amazing! My bridal party and I drove 3 1/2 hours, and we had such a great experience! My mother described it as “The best day of her life so far!” (Besides the day I was born, of course ?) I am so thankful I had Brandy as my stylist! I wouldn’t have been able to come home complete without her guidance, her patience, and her wonderful personality! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I will be forever grateful and a true princess on my wedding day ?

Though I still haven’t decided on a dress, Mel was incredible to work with. She was quick to measure me up and made me feel comfortable while I stepped out of my comfort zone into real dresses. She was amazing with suggestions, jewelry, shoes and informing me on basics as far as corsets and shape wear and also always made sure all of the little details were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend Mel to be your stylist! Thank you Mel for making my first dress experience special!

I have been fighting with this store since day 1. I was fitted, like any normal wedding dress, except they out-sourced my dress to one of their Los Angeles stores. It came back ruined. The hemline was uneven, as if they let a toddler cut it. The bra cups weren't even near where my breasts are, they added extra boning when that wasn't asked for, and there were holes in the dress. So they promised to fix it. Brought in a lady, she hemmed it properly and slightly fixed the cups. Still didn't fix the rest. They brought in ANOTHER lady, and she finally said the dress was ruined and to start over...a week before the wedding. Now, the store manager was rude. She kept blowing me off. She was happy to let other people take the blame, and refused to give me a full refund of the alterations, which at this point, I fully deserved. And in the end, even the new dress was messed up. I found out ON my wedding day that the bustle was improperly made, they missed buttons, filigree was falling off and my *photographer* had to fix their mistakes. This store is awful, no one knows how to sew, and they shouldn't be in business if they need to ask a whole other alterations specialist to come in and fix the dress.
