I recently had our bathroom remodeled. Tile City was wonderful every step of the way. It can be overwhelming when you first go in as there is so much to look at. Holly helped me to narrow down my choices beautifully by really listening to me. We worked well together. It might not look like much on the outside but go in. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Dave’s Tile City this morning after going to Lowe’s and Home Depot this weekend. I was trying to locate a match for my 10 plus year old tile corner round which is not sold anywhere. I walked into their beautiful showroom and was greeted by Jesse. Super nice guy and extremely helpful. Needless to say, they had my tile and now all I needed was quick set mortar. I asked Jesse and he immediately offered to give me some because my job was so small it wasn’t worth buying a full bag even though I would have. Long story short, the big box stores have nothing in this places. I sat in Lowes for 30 minutes in the tile isle while they paged 3 x once after each request. I requested help once but another customer requested twice. Dave’s is the place for Natural Stone, Tile and everything else you could possibly needed including someone to actually help you. I own a business as you can see. My purchase was not even $20 but he treated me like I was making a $10,000 purchase. Thanks Jesse, your a Rockstar!

We went to this store about a month ago. As we arrived an employee was going into the store. He closed the door right in front of us. I then thought he was also a customer. Once inside he was behind the counter with 2 other employees. Not one of them acknowledged us so I had to ask if they worked there. It was very weird as all of them were not making eye contact and acting as if they were busy. Once the man decided to assist us, we were immediately referred to the cheapest tile, why? Was it it because of our ethnicity? This was just a terrible experience.

This place is amazing! We worked with Steven and he helped guide us in the right direction. He took his time and made sure we were happy with our choices. Selecting tile can be overwhelming with all the options but Steven made sure to make it a great experience! Highly recommend this place over the other competitors in the area.

The greatest customer service ever. We had a range hood installed and bought the trim tile from another tile store that would not cut the tile. I went to Dave's Tile City to find tile for the backsplash installation. We installed the mural ourselves under the range hood but the trim tile just needed a couple cuts. The big box stores do not cut tile but Steven did and Shanada ordered our tile and supplies we needed. She followed up on our order as far as tracking and keeping me informed.I highly recommend Dave's tile city for all your tiling needs.

We were so fortunate to have Steve recommended to work with our slate and natural stone in our home. He is truly skilled and excellent in working with tile. Steven is the man!I was in search of the old style shower soap holder, the infamous shell design.After explaining to Steven what I was looking for he said ,follow me!We went to the warehouse in back if the showroom in a tiny room full of what looked like odds and sod if all different tiles. Yowza, from out if a box tuck away in the corner were several of the shell type holders, BONANZA!Thank you Steven for being awake and for the bit of mud! You made my week!We're starting to remodel and will definitely be seeing you again.Thanks again

None of the Employees were wearing Masks or Gloves which made me feek the Business had ZERO concern for their customersAll the costomers in the Store had on Masks but since the Employees didnt wear Masks, so I leftI wanted to buy Lical & keep Sales Tax in our town. Businesses like this need yo Wake Up, there is a PANDEMIC going on
