Very courteous and friendly, but charged alot for just having my car sitting in the lot waiting to get worked on. Charged alot for diagnosing that the car needed a transmission rebuild, didn't really do much.$ 332.00 and some change. The estimate was north of $4700.00, and a 2-2 and 1/2 month wait. The price was huge compared to other shops, so I bailed car out of hawk, and brought to Transamatic.

First time to go here for a second opinion about the issues on my vehicle. The staff (especially Kayla Lewis and the technician who checked my car) were very polite, honest, professional. They gave me a very good recommendation and advise on what my options will be. I highly recommend their business. God bless!

Very honest place. My truck had an issue and I called first thing in the morning and they got me right in and got me fixed up that same day at a fair and honest price. Never once did I feel taken advantage of. Thanks bill!

I came in for some electrical problems I was experiencing. Turns out it was just a blown fuse and they didn’t even charge me extra to put it in. If you are kind to them this shop will be very kind to you. They are genuine and honest and really care about taking care of their customers. They were fast at diagnosing the problem and even faster at fixing it. I highly recommend using this shop for your vehicle repairs.

I had an excellent experience at D&E Auto Repair!
Friendly, and honest!!
I first spoke to Bill who gave me a quote for $1,000. for alternator for my Hyundai which wouldn't start. I had a new battery put in a month before at another place.
So the diagnostics pointed to the alternator. Later to find out that it was just a loose wire!
Not only are the kind at D&E Auto Repair, they are very honest! Thank you so much!!
