I wish I could give negative stars. If you have ADHD and need medication for it- NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. The pharmacist refused to answer my questions. I asked the woman on the phone twice if I could speak with him, and she would ask him for me and come back to the phone to tell me he would not speak with me on the issue. There is a current factory shortage of the medicine, and after two weeks of trying to fill my medication I just wanted to ask what ADHD medications are not currently in shortage so that I could work with my doctor on which one of those could work for me. I explained this and they still refused to answer my question. I did not want a recommendation for what medicine to take- I wanted to know what options were at all POSSIBLE to pick up. They are apathetic, rude, and don't care that I've been physically sick due to this medication stopping cold turkey.

2024 UpdateThis pharmacy isSo much better these days The new pharmacist is great!Original Review3 stars for the location, 1 (or less) star for the pharmacist.We waited for 20 minutes in line for our prescription. This was annoying but understandable, due to being short staffed and high volume of customers.The pharmacist called out a person's name who had waited in line already and was sitting in the waiting area for her prescription. When she came up to get her order, after being called BY HIM; he told her to go wait in line, or she could have it filled elsewhere. She was being very polite; so we didn't understand why she was being treated that way. We let her get in line in front of us, so she didn't have to wait another 20 minutes. He acted like a pissy baby and threw her prescription. Then told the cashiers they wouldn't take any more folks from the waiting area (there were several there already who had also already waited in line.)

I had a fantastic experience with the CVS pharmacy! They were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend!

What is the deal CVS?Why is there ALWAYS A HASSLE in your pharmacy? It doesn't matter who we pick up for or when, it is never ready even when you've called us first! Or there is always another problem, every dang time. You are exhausting!WHY WHY WHY? FOR TWO WHOLE YEARS CVS WHY ARE YOU SO INCOMPETENT??!!

Staff here is good but corporate needs to get them some more help. Never enough people working. Drive through is usually quicker than inside pharmacy counter.

The pharmacy technician made it very apparent that I was inconveniencing them by calling. Don’t use this pharmacy, they can do a lot better at not going out of their way to make a customer feel uncomfortable. CVS you are not doing good by me.

Why is there no negative stars option?! Been using this pharmacy for years for my entire family. The lady at the window today, NUBIA, was incredibly rude the entire visit. Actually rolling her eyes when I’d ask questions because she had the phone in her mouth and I couldn’t hear, then walking away from the window midsentence, giving 1 word answers when she came back then dropping the phone to walk away again or talk to coworkers ignoring me, just overall making it completely obvious she didn’t give a damn about the customer’s existence or their time. She should be kept in the back filling orders far away from any customers or better yet fired. Never experienced such awful service before and it’s not the first time with her specifically it’s just bad enough now to actually speak up!! Most of the other staff are fine and work hard, but she’s the worst. Will be taking our business absolutely anywhere else in the city ?

The person who rung me up named Sarah literally made my heart melt today, this location's fridges are broken and I was buying a redbull, Sarah caught me before I left the door and offered me a cold one from a working fridge.Then I left, but I had left my phone in the store, they chased me down and gave it back to me as well as zipped up my backpack, which I had accidentally left open.I didn't tip this time because my redbull was four dollars and I'm a student with not a lot of money, but I really wish I had, and I will be returning and paying for overpriced redbulls just for Sarah <33

My wife attempted to work with the pharmacy to get a medication approved, which the pharmacy insisted the medication was not approved after my wife had already worked with insurance to get the prior authorization processed. After confirming with the insurance again today that the medication was approved, the insurance company's representative discovered that the medication had last been attempted to be dispensed with a date last month, before the approval had been authorized. The insurance company's rep made sure to insist that the pharmacy needs to dispense the medication with the current date (date of this review). After having calls ignored, and spending a cumulative time of nearly an hour on hold through multiple calls, and only getting through after using a different number to call. She passed along the information to the pharmacy that the insurance company gave to her, who continued to say the medication could not have been approved last month, as it would not dispense today. After more communication the pharmacy puts my wife on hold again, thankfully not for such an extended period this time, and returns to say the medication was approved, the insurance company must have done an override.... Needless to say, my wife was just happy to finally get the medication dispensed.

Pharmacy is very short staffed, random hours, surly and can't be bothered to check Rx generics covered by insurance. Truly, astonishingly inept staff

Not surprised by the bad reviews. Always behind in filling prescriptions. There's been two or three times now when I get a text message saying my Rx is ready . . . except that it's not. So I have wait around or go down the street to waste some time before coming back to spend more time in the drive-up. To the extent possible, I'm switching to Amazon pharmacy — no driving, no waiting.
