So I rarely get my hair done and I'm terrible at explaining myself but I came in with a picture of a pixie mohawk, or what I thought was a picture of a pixie mohawk. I had really long hair but I wanted a change and I had been hyping myself up for this change for weeks so I was ready.
The entire time i was getting my hair done I kept thinking "is it a mohawk yet?" and eventually it was finished and it was a pixie faux hawk. I guess in the picture I showed it was really a faux hawk and not a mohawk. Ok, understandable.
Since I paid $60 for the cut, $15 for eyebrows, and $25 for the tip, I went back the next day to get it fixed. I really just wanted her to take my hair and adjust it from a pixie faux hawk to a pixie mohawk, like, take what I had and like adjust it from the side to middle, but my mistake was once again I showed a picture to make my point as to what I wanted done with my hair. I really just wanted to make an adjustment and show me how to style it. I should have just explained it instead of showed a picture because the lady who did my hair is too good at what she does.
Instead she gave me a completely new haircut. I should have known something was up when she brought out the buzz cutters, but I thought she was like, adjusting the angle of the doo or something? It didn't look like a pixie anything or a mohawk anything. It was even shorter than what she had originally given me. It looks like... I don't know take a look for yourself. I don't know what to do to style it to even make it look cute. I wish I had kept the first style because at least it wouldn't have been what I wanted but it would have at least been cute.
It's my fault for not being able to explain things properly and for using picture to describe to an expert what I wanted but I'm going to be stuck like this for a very long time. I'm devastated.
And yes I'm a girl :(

Lindsay is the one for me❤️Just got my haircut from her for the first time, SO HAPPY! Someone who truly knows what to do with thick coarse hair. I’m in my 50’s and been looking for the one! Lindsay nailed it. I’m so grateful??????????

What an amazing salon !!!! Jennifer did such an amazing job coloring my hair . She was very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly to talk to . I showed her a picture and combined with her expertise she nailed it !! I wanted to add platinum to my hair and I love it . All the staff was very kind and inviting and it was a wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate or worry about any bad reviews just try it for yourself !

Excellent owner,Lindsay Allison! She is passionate about her business and works very hard to maintain a safe, clean healthy environment. She's highly knowledgeable about products and her profession,as she's been an educator with Schwarzkopf color and also does Hot heads extensions. She has run an impressive business for 10 years,and her customers are very loyal,and happy with her work! Check it out for yourself!

I absolutely love love love Crucial Salon!!! All the girls there are wonderful I have built a relationship with all of them over the years of coming in to get my hair done. They are wonderful people who will give you the look that you want. I definitely have changed up my hair quite a few times thanks to this salon I have achieved every hair goal I have ever had. Lastly a big thank you for letting my esa Moo Moo join me in the chair for a couple of my appointments this salon by far is the best I have ever been to.

I've been having my hair done by Kristina for a few years now and I figured it's about time I left a review. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor keep me coming back. She has the most gentle hands I've ever had in my hair and when she shampoos me, I feel like I want to fall asleep. I look forward to my haircuts because she makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. There is no one else I trust to do my hair.

The owner of the salon, Lindsey allison, is Totally unprofessional and very rude. The service is of bad quality apart from being over priced.

Worst hair experience of my life. I left with hair dye on my face and head. Was told to wash it out when I got home. That's not even half of it. Spoke to owner the next day Lindsay Alison, she offered to fix my hair. But then proceeded to tell me to stop interrupting her, and was very rude. After speaking to her I'll take my loss and never go back there. Literally most unprofessional owner I've ever spoken to. Please go else where and avoid a horrible hair experience. Of course she goes and comments so nicely, if you only had that tone and customer service on the phone you wouldn't be getting my review. You are not a very nice person Lindsay. I'll make sure to let everyone I know to beware of your crucially bad customer service.

Brought my daughter in for a hair appointment, and Lindsey did an outstanding job, handling my daughter's thick and challenging hair with great patience. The end result was fantastic, and my daughter absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this place ??

Solace did an amazing job fixing my hair for my wedding with a reasonable price. I'm beyond happy with my results and can't wait to show it off for my big day❤️ if I could post before and after pictures to Google I absolutely would. This woman did me a miracle! I recommend her to anyone looking for a salon. Not to mention, she was the only stylist in town to answer the phone!Services: Hair straightening

I booked last minute and Solace was able to get me in the same day! I got a cut and color and LOVE my hair. Solace did a fantastic job in getting my dark brown to a beautiful deep burgundy color.
