For logo design work, I did not have a good experience with Creative Composition. They either intentionally disregarded my instructions during the collaborative process, or they forgot and submitted to me a logo design that wasn't close to what we had discussed. Additionally, I was told the logo could be completed in under a week. Two weeks later I was asking for my money back, and Creative Composition only gave me a fraction of my initial deposit.

This is the place for all your printing needs, especially for businesses. They go above and beyond, and can literally do just about anything, I mean ANYTHING! They have designed posters for us, parking signs, banners, vinyl wall covers, and more and every time they go over meeting my expectations. If you're looking for a print company this is the place.

Absolutely the greatest customer service by far. I had to work with several different print shops in searching for quotes and possible print jobs. When I met the staff at CC, it was professional, pleasant, and overall a great experience. I loved working with Sonya, and all of the others who helped along the way. Prompt turn around time, you get exactly what you ordered, and the quality is fantastic for the print cost. I will most definitely use this business again, and I love supporting local business. Move over Staples! Your customer service has nothing compared to Creative Composition :)

We needed to send four large bulk mailings in the last few months (totaling over 10,000 multiple page mailers) all on tight timelines. When our intended printer had to back out at the last minute, Creative Composition was recommended. Best move ever! They were able to get the first mailing out on time, even with the short notice, and proceeded through the other three mailings just as flawlessly. We found Creative Composition to have great customer service and be friendly, responsive, and professional. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

Time and time again I am impressed by Creative Composition. Not only are their products of the upmost quality, their quotes have been lower than those of competitors in the Oroville/Chico area, AND they finished this last rush job ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier with their exceptional customer service.
