I have been leasing my BMW from Pajouh automotive for the last 30 years even before Mr. Pajouh taking over. I am so glad that Now is running under Mr. Pajouh and his team as the service and quality has increased 10 fold.
Today, Cedric my salesperson took the time to come to my house to Program my gates and my garage doors into my new BMW I X . That is called extra service that makes this company exceptionally valuable and respected.

I'm giving three stars just because we have bought three vehicles (including this one) before and haven't had any issues but our last interaction was not great. We brought in our GMC Denali truck to do a lease buy out. The guy in the back didn't mention they would have to have my truck all day and there was a 350 fee to inspect my truck. I was pretty annoyed that none of this information was given prior to coming in. We did buy our Subaru lease out from them a few years ago and didn't have to do either one of those things. The poor guy in the front was very apologetic and very nice. The guy in the back not so much. He actually didn't return two of my husband's calls. We drove a hour to Hoblit motors and they did everything we needed without the extra charge. We buy new vehicles ever three years for personal and for our business but we will not be going back to them.

I have worked with Cedric for over 10 years and probably bought and sold 10 vehicles with him. He’s a true professional. He provides the necessary information without the unneeded pressure. We are working on a transaction today as I write!

Wow. We are so lucky to have Chico BMW and Cedric Lafaix in our town. Cedric patiently explained to me all of the nuances of the new electric i4 and shared with me his vast knowledge of electric car ownership. He helped me the select the right car for my needs and really did go above and beyond.

Several friends have driven BMWs for years and keep talking about how great it is to deal with Cedric. They are right; I now own two BMWs and Cedric handled both. I work with a lot of excellent sales people in my business so I have come to expect excellent service and he is right there with the best of them.

We purchased a 2024 off the showroom.floor. It was a Volvo S 60 on April 16 of 2024. The car has been back to the shop in Chico California at least 3 to 4 times and once in Las Vegas. We have had problems with the Bluetooth the computerized System going black it also glitchs, memory for the seats, not keeping the memory that we set. The car also tries to make me exit the freeway when there is an offramp and I have to force the car to stay on the freeway as well as it does not slow me down when I get too close to the car in front of me. These two items are danger hazards . It feels like the solution for this dealership because there are so many things wrong with the car is to avoid us. We were up sold on the additional coverage for the wheels, and pant only to find out that it does in fact, not cover debris that may scratch the car lightly for paint and that the wheel has to not be able to fit back on the rim after being told that it covered hitting a curb by getting to close while parking, when we went to purchase our new Volvo, we could not find a salesman and then there was only one person that knew how to work a few of the functions and upgrades on the car and that was Cedric, Even Cedric had to call the company for directions concerning the computer and making sure that it was hooked up to our email correctly we have done a search to try to find what the tradie in cost. There are so many problems and there are many dealerships that have up to 10 of these cars same model that are between 5000 and 7000 miles at trade-in our car just hit a little over 5000 miles , the service or customer service is Pleasant but the knowledge behind the car I would rate below zero

Incredibly happy with Pajouh Automotive Center! I brought my 2021 Subaru in for some repair work. First was the scheduling…I was able to schedule my appointment online for the very same day. Brought the car in and Nathan Y. was courteous, professional and a great communicator regarding current and future steps. In addition, the service area is clean inside and out. Nathan kept in touch with me both via phone and text the whole time. My repair ended up being covered under warranty so my final bill was $0! Nathan also reached out to ask if it was OK for them to wash the car…what a great touch! Finally, I received post-repair check-ins from the dealer via email and from Nathan via text to assure that the car was performing as expected and that I was happy with everything. This is a rare thing for me to say about a car dealer, but I would trust Pajouh to do all my services!

Love my Volvo and the service provided. The new dealership space is so luxurious! I always work with Cedric and he knows his stuff. Always gets me the best deal and the exact options I want in my vehicle. Lucky to have a dealership like this in our small town!

Look the other way and drive an hour down to Sacramento to buy your car. This place is shady. BRAD ran our credit without our consent and practically forced us into buying our vehicle. After numerous times of us asking if he ran our credit, he kept ignoring the question and kept asking us how much we wanted to put down. After I finally told him that’s the least of my worries, he finally answered “yes I thought we were OK to run credit” which was a total lie, on top of that we kept asking him if there was any recalls because online and the CARFAX HE GAVE US showed 3 recalls on the car. He said, all of the recalls have been done. I asked him again after signing paperwork if they’ve been done and he looked me in my eyes and said they have but when I looked it up myself on the GM app afterwards none of them have been done. So this caused me and my wife to come all the way back to finish the recalls. Not to mention, the front brakes were toast And there was new tires on the front, but not on the rear. The rear tires were cupping really bad, but you couldn’t hear them over him talking to us about the car. I was kind of confused why there’s two new tires in front and not the rear, so when I Rotated them I found out the hard way after driving down the street. It sounded like somebody was playing the drums in my car or like there was a stampede inside. All in all, this was a horrible experience. I would’ve went to Sacramento and paid $1000/Month if it would’ve meant me getting the right customer service and have been treated right! So because of all he’s done, He made my wife cry while she was eight months pregnant. I understand salesman’s want to sale cars but BRAD has been the WORST salesman I’ve ever dealt with.
