They helped me pick out the perfect longboard for skating the mountain roads where I live. I've also returned twice to check out bearings, wheels, and some awesome shoes. I definitely want to come back soon because they give excellent service and answer all my questions thoroughly and really get involved in helping me get the gear I need. Thank you guys so much. Charging 499$ for a Pokémon skateboard that was $110. eBay is cheaper. Crazy to think a local shop trying to take advantage of its customers Like this!!!

Quickly stopped in while walking through the mall. Store is super clean and their customer service was on point. Katie helped answer a few questions I had very thoroughly as well. 10/10 would recommend ??

The cashier, Cameron, was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best products, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Wish Coast did more events, promotions, and interactions with the community like other skate brands!

One employee to help with shoes, build a skateboard, ring people up, and answer customer questions. Not very efficient. Honestly felt bad for the guy.

Went in with my friend , and she bought us matching shirts. When I got home I realized mine had a huge hole in it, since my friend is out of town I didn’t have the receipt when trying to exchange and of course they wouldn’t let me. Sold us a $35 shirt that I can’t even wear. Never will be supporting them again.

Stopped by while I was in Chico to see if they had any cool boards to skate or hang on the wall. I was stunned and excited when I saw they had some Natas blind bags. Then I was stunned and disappointed when they told me they want $150 for one. They bought them at wholesale prices and they want aftermarket eBay money? That’s just downright scummy. I won’t ever be stopping by again. All my homies hate Coast Board Shop. ?

Great selection of skate apparel and clothing brands and pretty fair on prices with exception of the recent natas blind bag release...lil shady but it is what it is...still gonna shop there on any chico trip.
