I’ve bought multiple things from here, all ripped at the seams within the first week. They sell cheap products at high prices to rip off students. Very disappointed with their cheaply made products.

I downloaded Yelp just to write this review. That is how disappointing the service was at this store. On the first day of the semester I ordered all of the books that I would need for my classes. I ordered most of them off on Amazon except one. I decided that since I needed the book quickly, I would order it from the Chico State Wildcat Store. Knowing that they advertise price matches, I planned to then have the store price match me because their book in store was priced much higher than an online source that was going to take a week and a half to be delivered. I felt that the bookstore would be quick, fast and easy. I ordered the book. After I ordered it, I was informed that it was not available in store, and that I would have to wait till I received an email to pick up the book. I waited and called the store many times speaking to different employees. Each employee would tell me something different. After a month had passed by and I had called the store about 12 times speaking to different people each time, I decided to go into the store. With frustration I expressed my disbelief to the manager, I told him that I was very upset. The manager did not seem to care. He said that he would look for the book. He came back with a response that my book had been delivered about five days earlier. The bookstore had never contacted me to pick it up and refused to price match.

They do not have enough iClicker2’s for the amount of classes that need them. They removed the option of renting a new one and now force you to buy one for $55. It’s a remote with 4 buttons. Yikes.

Clean, organized, fun store to visit! As members of the community, we consider the Wildcat store, yet another choice when looking for gifts, cards, books, CSUC clothing, and especially art supplies and electronics!

Expensive, but what do you expect from an American college-branded store, cheap things? HA nah. But there is a wide array of foods, books, and Chicco-themed products (if you want them anyway, I sure dont. my affiliation is with myself)

It's really cute but the prices here are super high. I would suggest trying to find textbooks and other things elsewhere. The clothes are also very expensive. $30 for a regular t shirt, more for higher quality. Even a mug is expensive.

Overpriced and the new emblems are terrible. This place used to be great when it was ran by the student body and not owned by a third party private organization. Don't support it and maybe they will be forced to go back to the old ways.

It's a very nice store and I feel the prices are reasonable compared to other university stores I've been in. I will miss the campus when I graduate but I'll always be a wildcat!

Lately I have touring university campuses...Chico has hands down the best student swag store ever. So many great items and at relatively fair prices. Go Wildcats!!

A cool University sponsored store to buy premium Chico State products. The primary products available are authentic CSU clothing. You can also find everything a student needs for school, such as CSU logo printed planners, high quality backpacks and professional grade office supplies (art/drafting) and related "office supplies." Expect quality and exclusive Chico State products and concordantly higher prices. You won't find the words "value" "discount" or "sale" in the Chico State Bookstore.

Poor employee placement lines for purchasing were practically empty but the online pick up line had one staff member and took almost an hour to get through about 10 people. Most of the equipment is overpriced compared to any other store.

Everything one might need at a college store. Food, clothes, electronics. A little pricey for snacks but they do have quite a few options. Appreciate the location and people who work here.
