I always buy a car because of the Service Department. Although I purchased the car from San Leandro Nissan, I now live in Chico and came to the Nissan Service in Chico with high expectations. I was dropping off at Service our Nissan Titan truck and the Owner greeted us graciously
I test drove the 2024Z Car and fell in love. I used to drag race in the 70's and 80's and felt that whooom G Force. The salesman was polite and very helpful. Since I am a Senior I would have to pass on buying it. Whenever I can get a newer car I will buy at Chico Nissan

Went in to get an oil change. Was a little bummed about an hour and a half wait..so I took a 5 mile walk and came back when it was tea dry.
He applied my customer points and whatever coupons and my oil change cost 21$ after everything.
Even got a woman’s number..it was all in all a good day.

Hello, my name is Jasmine Salcido I bought my car here at Chico Nissan recently and been super happy with my Sentra. That being said I got my service done on August 16th done a few weeks ago, and I noticed at that time my paint had a huge chip in my paint after it was getting washed. I loved the overall service but my brand new car had a paint chip in it and I super unhappy about the overall experience I had there. I want something done about my paint chip as soon as possible and only hope something can be done.
