I’m in love with this place! I was looking for a living room set for a long time, I looked at all the stores in town and nothing seemed right for what I wanted. I ended up looking in Sacramento and Roseville, and I couldn’t find anything that I really liked in my budget. One day I passed by this place and saw that they sell furniture, so I went in just to take a look, and I’m so glad I did. I found the perfect sectional for my space for a fantastic price and the quality is incredible. The owners were so helpful and kind in helping me find exactly what I wanted, and I will continue to support this business. Chico is so lucky to have this gem of a store in town!

Review from my elderly neighbor Seemed a little nice when I went in (maybe a little too nice)! When issues came up I with the expensive sectional I purchased, my calls were ignored. I was lied to and a phone call became confrontational! Two appointments were made for someone to come to my home and both times no one showed!

I LOVE this place and it will always be my first stop when I need furniture or accessories. Janay and her team are superbly professional and incredibly personable. We felt listened to and heard, and the result is a perfect L shaped couch and a beautiful guest bedroom suite of pieces. I 100% recommend CFF and have been telling everyone I know.

Janey was very friendly...I purchased a new, "high quality" L shaped sofa for $3,000. As soon as I got it home and sat on the cushion in the corner of the sofa, it seemed contorted. I called Janay back. It took 4 days to have someone come and look at it. They looked at it, called the manufacturer, who said it was made that way. Because manufacturer said nothing was wrong with it, I can't return it. I'm 67, it was suppose to be my "forever couch". It's 3 weeks old, but looks cheap and cushions are an eye sore. Wish I would have gone through a box store...

We love Chico Family Furniture! We met Janay and fam when they were managing another furniture business and when we found out they opened thier own store we were so happy. They have been like family to us and helped us furnish our new home last year and we can't wait to continue to support them in their new location. They also make fantastic candles and home scents they sell in store and they feature local arts and crafts. Love when a business is all about community! Highly recommended for your next purchase, you'll be as happy as we are!
