Locally owned small business. Dale the owner is great! He really knows his stuff!! A family run business, Dale took over for his Dad. There's a personal touch here that you don't get from other tow companies!

I had a flat tire in town, on a busy street, they arrived 30 minutes later, changed the spare I was on my way in 30 minutes.... I even made my appointment!!! they even directly billed my insurance company for the call..... That is really cool

We had the nice surprise of radiator fluid leaking from my husbands dodge challenger. Definitely not drivable so we called Chico economy towing. The owner of the business came out and did an amazing job lifting my husbands car, which was a challenge with how low it is. He took his time and extra steps to load the car without scratching the bottom. Did the same with the unloading process at Chuck Patterson’s. Another thing we’d like to mention is that the owner of the company cleaned up the radiator fluid that had leaked on the road. He didn’t want to risk having any dogs licking or drinking the fluid- stand up human being right there! Price was decent service was excellent! Definitely would recommend. ????????Service: Car towing

Great service with friendly demeanor. Dale has a professional knowledge only tradition and right of passage respectfully school a person with. I was treated with respect from the time my phone call was answered that held true through our the service I received.

If I could give no stars I would. Wife's car broke down in Oroville on her way to work. Called Chico economy towing. A gentleman answered he was very polite and said he was able to do the tow, he had 2 jobs ahead of me and would call me when he was on his way. It was 12:30pm. So I let my wife know that he would be on his way but it might be a bit. Never received a call back from him. I would not recommend at all. Very polite on the phone just not reliable.

AAA totally blew me off, so much for membership. Dale and Chico Economy towing saved the day. It was a tough pick up way up 32 late on a Friday. My sweet little car was saved from who knows what. Thank you!!!!!!!

Dale just helped our daughter with a lockout on her car in Chico. She had never required roadside assistance - but, Dale was super nice and helpful. She felt safe and was so excited to have such speedy and proficient service.
